This apartment is located directly opposite the Hundertwasser House attraction and is on the raised ground floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower + toilet, a separate toilet and in one of the bedrooms also a shower + a vanity. One bedroom faces Löwengasse and has two windows installed as sound insulation and the other two face the courtyard. The bedrooms facing the courtyard have exterior shutters.
