This ranks as a favorite. The hosts were great people and so willing to help. We enjoyed the history they shared regarding their home. The area is peaceful and conducive to reading, walking, and exploring. The cottage is cozy and charming. We came at night and there was a log fire awaiting us in the stove! We would highly recommend this lovely destination.

Miho was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable as soon as we checked in. The property had additional added extras like a set of slippers each, toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot, sugar, a selection of teabags and coffee and a bottle of milk. Overall a very nice stay and would visit again

Josie’s place is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location within Dartmoor National Park. It was the perfect one-night stop for us on our way to St Ives. There are some charming pubs within walking distance from the property. Josie was very friendly and responsive throughout our communication.

Eleanor's apartment is the perfect place for two or three people, who want to explore Dartmoor and the surrounding area. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished with enough space for visitors and their stuff. You could easily prepare a big meal in the kitchen (it's very well equipped!) but you wouldn't have much space to put it (the dining table is fairly small). Eleanor and her mother Kristin were excellent hosts, friendly, helpful and with time for a chat. I'd definitely recommend the apartment!
