Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Wheelhouse is set on Quinn Tor and has been lovingly converted into a unique and beautiful barn with tranquil, comfortable and modern interiors. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.
