The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and a 60 ft waterfall. It's time to relax and enjoy the Black Bear Hideout. Come and enjoy the charm of this beauty. It's perfect to sit outside, enjoy the peace and quiet with your family and friends. Also has a fire pit. Just minutes away from downtown Three Rivers. The home is located 2 miles from the gate to the Sequoia National Park. I also own the 2 places next door, Oak Haven Cottage and Oak Haven Cabin and you can see them on Airbnb. We also just added a new wood burning stove that is easy to use.

Minutes from park entrance & walking distance to BLM hiking trails & WORLD CLASS mountain biking! SALT CREEK This private and adorable "farmhouse" is the last house at the end of a quiet road & off just off the main highway (without the noise). Perfect getaway for a couple. Grill outside & sit on the porch to eat. Plenty of parking, fully equipped kitchen & full size fridge! Would consider allowing camping in a van or bus for an additional fee for biking or hiking friends.
