Townhome vacation rentals in Whitby Beach

Andrew was a great host, very responsive and even pre-stocked the kitchen with milk shortly before we arrived. His place was lovely and cosy, and just a short walk from the convention centre. Everything was completely spotless. The only potential issue I could find was that the single bed seemed relatively short compared to other beds I've slept in so that might be problem for some people. Having said that, I'm very short, so that didn't bother me at all. Overall, my friend and I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this airbnb listing.

the apartment looks like new and it was super super clean. Well located, short distance by foot to the train station and also to the city center. Kitchen fully equiped for cooking. Higly recommended. Stairs to the bathroom and both bedrooms, so maybe not appropriate for elderly people.

Our stay in Cambridge Terrace has been perfect. We wanted a car free break with our grown up children and Harrogate and Rachel’s house delivered on every front. Rachel’s house is spacious, homely and full of interest. It’s right in the middle of Harrogate so perfectly located for shops, restaurants and the station. Rachel was the perfect host - kind and accommodating. We would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to others.

What a super town house with warm and cosy feel! So conveniently located to the beach and the town, with lovely restaurants, bars and shops within 2 minute walk. Our little spaniel was super happy there too as so many shops and eateries were dog friendly. Highlights were Cranberry Swamp for breakfast and Mr Cooper’s Coffee House both of which catered for meat and vegan eaters with delicious food at a great price. Walk up to the Abbey and enjoy yummy pizza and beer from the brewery there too! Fabulous stay in a lovely home from home! We’ll be back if you’ll have us 🤔😊

Lovely house very quirky as its old but withall amenities. Comfortable place to stay

We had a great stay at Roger’s place for a few nights. The location was brilliant only 15 minutes walk into York centre, local shops and takeaways nearby and a nice peaceful street. The house itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could need, with a handy manual available with all the information inside. Whenever we had communication with Roger he was always prompt, helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone and we would happily stay again!

Really nice place for 7 of us to get together for a reunion weekend. The house was comfortable with great decor and space to relax, plus room at the table for all of us. We found the heating a bit of a challenge and we were far too hot overnight (downstairs room, they struggled to adjust the radiator) but just turned it off completely on the second day. Lots of hot water and ample equipment, nice toiletries provided. It was inconvenient to have to meet beforehand to gain access, especially since there were roadworks nearby that caused a disproportionate delay to my arrival. Fortunately Beth's housekeeper was flexible around this, but, given that there is a key box, it seems an unnecessary complication. There was also a lot of "noise" before we arrived, in terms of instructions and rules for the property, none of which were onerous, just felt a bit unnecessary; but perhaps previous guests have been less than respectful in what is a lovely residential area.

A simply gorgeous property, in a perfect location, close to shop and restaurant, easy to get around the city. We loved our stay and will look to book again in the near future.

We had an excellent few days in monk bar court. The location is very central and close to Yorkminster. The Wheelwrights team were very helpful and responsive. Recommended.

Brilliant location, very nice house with a great seating area at the back with a view of the river. Sun trap in the afternoon. Would use again because of access to city centre

We stayed at Raphie's place for 2 nights with our young sons, it was great. great location for walking to the park and to shops and restaurants. The house was lovely - beautifully decorated and lots of home comforts. Raphie had also left some lovely amenities for us to enjoy in the fridge! A great alternative to a hotel that made for a really enjoyable break - we would definitely come back again!

Lovely clean house with plenty of space and amenities. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean and kitchen modern and spacious. We had 4 children with us so having a bathroom next to the kitchen was a god send! Close enough to the town centre to walk- but quiet enough for the children. Great communication from Laura too. We would definitely book this again. 10/10.

Two families (4 adults, 3 older teens and 2 very well behaved dogs!) have just had an excellent Easter long weekend in this lovely terrace house. Ellie was a responsive and communicative host making everything very easy. We were touched by the breakfast items and chocolates left to welcome us - a thoughtful gesture! Accommodation was as pictured and described, the house is like a tardis inside - deceptively roomy and spacious! A very well equipped kitchen meant we could easily prepare, cook and eat together. Scarborough South Bay is easily walkable (downhill going but very much uphill coming back! ), the cliff top railway is close by and was working so we made use of that a couple of times, the Italian gardens are beautiful and worth investigating as you’re virtually on top of them. There is a Sainsbury’s local round the corner (very handy) and the Ramshill Hotel was welcoming to us and the dogs for a Saturday late afternoon drink. Would definitely recommend!

Karl's place is excellent. It is well laid out and has all the amenities you could want to enjoy your stay there. The bed was extremely comfortable which meant we had a good nights sleep. The kitchen had excellent range of utensils for cooking a meal. The 55 inch TV was great to watch our favourite programmes on an evening after exploring Scarborough. Karl himself made sure the parking arrangements needed to park on street were carefully laid out and his communications were appropriate and appreciated.. We like walking and the location means you can explore both North and South bays easily. I would definitely use Karl's place again if I was holidaying in Scarborough.

We loved our stay at Sarah's place in York. It was very central, while still being in a calm area of the city right next to the city walls. Sarah gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and we particularly enjoyed our evening meal at skosh close by. The amenities in the flat were great, with comfy sofas and beds and a decent kitchen as well. There is also parking although we did not use this.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb in York. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the historic city centre, with shops, cafés, and sights all within easy reach. The place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cosy, and I really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee and tea, and helpful local recommendations.

Lovely stay with friends, beds comfortable, plenty of room for us to all sit to relax together, very clean. Plenty of crockery & cutlery, little bits like dishwasher tablets and shower gel was a useful and welcome touch. 5 min walk to Whitby train station but the hill is very steep… Would recommend and would repeat visit.

Our stay at the terrace was fantastic. It was exactly as described and exactly what we expected. It was the perfect weekend accommodation for the two of us to explore York and we have already recommended to our parents. A short stroll into town, and a cosy place to return to.

This is the second time we have stayed in this place and it was as good as before. A beautiful home with everything we needed. It had excellent beds and linen and the kitchen facilities are outstanding. Stephen and Tiffany went out of their way to accomodate our needs and we would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Harrogate. It was especially handy in terms of being walkable from the convention centre in town.

It was a lovely place for our family of 8 adults to meet up and stay. The house was spacious, quiet and has everything we needed. Beds comfortable and everything is clean and tidy. The Minster and old city is a easy 5 minute walk, with a large long stay car park in the next street. We would recommend it and would be happy to stay there again

We had a lovely stay in Simon's Seagull Escape. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need including disney plus, kitchen appliances, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! The seagul and seaside theme was throughout the flat and really made it feel like a beach holiday. The location was great- really close to the park, the beach, chippy and local amenities. Simon was really responsive and friendly. Check in instructions were super clear, making the process of collecting the keys really easy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Scarborough.

We had a great stay here for my husbands 60th birthday weekend with our children and their partners The house is beautiful and very close to everything in the centre of Knaresborough We loved coming back to the house after exploring and lighting the wood burning stove - so cosy as it was very chilly Super stay all round

First time booking with air b n b and this was a gem to find. Beautiful house with the little added extras. The beds were so comfortable. Great location being so close to all amenities and the train station. Great hosts, will definitely return x
