We had a lovely Easter break here. A lovely cottage perfect for myself, wife and two children 6 and 8. A great playing field and children’s playground just opposite is a great bonus. Perfect location to explore Norfolk and would definitely return. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our Easter break! Jess's place is just great - very cosy, in a peaceful location, close to the locations we were planning to visit. Very easy to check in, all the instructions were clear, communication was great. We loved the place and would love to be back!

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.
