The lawn is perfect for volleyball or badminton, while the backyard offers a wonderful place for picnics, sunbathing, or basking in the shade. Maplehurst Farm Guest House

The 2,000 sq ft Maplehurst Farm Guesthouse, located in the Skagit Valley, is offered for rent for the first time in June of 2016. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a 6 person hot tub, & sleeps up to 12 guests. It's possible to rent just the top or bottom floors separately, (see our other 2 listings) or the entire house. The 1.25 acre property is perfect for yard games, outdoor dining, bird watching, and taking in sunsets over the Skagit River & Mount Baker.

Benton Street Retreat

LA CONNER - ENJOY THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. Sunrise and panoramic views of valley farmlands looking east off the bluff and then walk 3 blocks west through the historic residential district to the shops and restaurants in the middle of town. Off-season rate is $350/night except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Holidays which is $400/night. High Season and Holiday Rate is $400/night. Minimum stay during the High season is 5 nights. Weekly and monthly rates also available.

The Captain's Quarters

A bright, spacious three bedroom with beautiful views of Cap Sante harbor and Mt Baker. A unique apartment above a business located on the main street of Anacortes. TWO dedicated parking spaces in our private lot. Plenty of space to spread out and a living/dining room with lots of seating. Big screen tv and a loft with pool table. When the weather is nice feel free to enjoy the back deck and beautiful view of the park. Close to shopping, restaurants, festivals and tourist excursions.

We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners

Tidecrest: High-Bluff Hideaway & Beach-Front Cabin

This is a comfortable, two-bedroom home at the top of the bluff, with stunning views west across Useless Bay and the Puget Sound to the mountains of the Olympic Peninsula. At the foot of our path down the bluff, you'll find our beach-front cabin, a magical spot on Maxwelton Beach. Useless Bay is so shallow that at low tide you can walk for miles along the tidal flats.

The Loft

The Loft is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the space because of the natural light shining through the surrounding nature, vaulted ceilings, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bath with standing shower including local natural products. The Loft is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
