If you are heading to the Salt Lake City area, I would highly recommend this home! It was spotless when we arrived, with easy access. Laura was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with a short notice. There is plenty of space and it was a beautiful home. It had a beautiful yard, with a grill and fire pit. There was everything we needed for a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and had everything we needed. Great decorating, nice linens and cozy furniture. I would love to stay again next time I'm in the area.

This was a great landing spot for our group. The basement was nice and cool and we got much needed rest with it being a little darker.

Every part of this exceeded our expectations! Kind and helpful, super responsive hosts. They went above and beyond to make every aspect of our stay comfortable. The accommodation was immaculately clean. Everything you could need provided. Parking was easy and location convenient to a variety of good food options. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and well kept. We felt very safe. Waking up to the view of the lush backyard a delight. I hope we can return someday soon.

I really enjoyed staying in Britney’s home. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was very comfortable and was well thought out for a pleasant stay. Britney’s home was also very clean and updated. Britney was very fast to respond to messages or questions and she made sure that my stay was a good one. I wish I had more time to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Midvale Station! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

A great pick if you need a place to stay, i’m new to airbnb & it was one of my first choices. i’m glad I got everything I was lookin for. very clean & modern, the instructions & brochure were impressive. You can tell there’s a lot of care put in to the space, if i’m in the area again & need a place i’d definitely check with nature’s best first before a hotel.

Lovely stay. Really appreciated how detailed and helpful the instructions were, how many little amenities there were (stocked kitchen tools, kids books, bathroom supplies, towels and blankets). The layout of the kitchen is a bit odd, with the refrigerator opposite the rest of the kitchen, but thats just the layout of the house. Even with that the place was great.

One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

Rileys place is perfect for any type of stay. It has everything you may need and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend!

it was so wonderful! my friend and i had the time of our lives. we played my game systems on the tv and the bed was soooooo comfortable.. we were having such a hard time getting out of it when it was time to wake up LOL. it was overall a wonderful and amazing experience, everything was perfection. 100/10 stay and experience

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

we love staying at Glenn & Hanna's and look for their place when we need to book. we were so happy to find it was available for this trip. they are always welcoming, the place is very homey, clean, nice and in a great location.

Adam was a wonderful host! He was very communicative, responsive, friendly, and welcoming! He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! Adam was a great host, he was friendly easy to communicate with and response time to messages was fast. when ypu first arrive the front of the house looks kinda small but dont be decieved its actually pretty big inside. The 3 bathrooms and 6 Bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. the pool table xbox and games in the basement were a great addition. the main floor kitchen had plenty or space for our whole family to move about in the kitchen was also well stocked with all the basic needs to cook and eat with having the 2nd smaller kitchen area in the basement was nice as well because we could keep drinks and snacks down there as well. would definitely stay there again and Recomend this home to any with a larger group/family

Perfect place to stay for a girls' weekend. Very clean and well decorated. We hiked on the trail that literally starts next to the house. Beautiful!!

An absolutely stunningly beautiful home only 15 minutes from the airport. I would recommend to anyone staying in Salt Lake City to check this home out.

Jeannie was so accommodating and went above and beyond even with our last minute booking. She provided us a tour of the property to enjoy outdoors then had homemade sourdough bread and chocolate chip cookies ready for us to enjoy a late night snack. Highly recommend staying at the romantic French Chateau!
