Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Large camping space with access to a bathroom as well as use of hot tub (additional charge applies), barbecue and fire pit. Price is for up to 4 adults. Additional guests will be charged on arrival. You will have exclusive use of the space, with no other camping guests during your stay. Must love dogs. We have 5 very friendly dogs who you won't be able to avoid interacting with. We are a working smallholding with chickens, ducks, lambs, goats and pigs. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue!
