Amanda and Mike's place was great, very clean, Mike met us at the house and name us feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to make sure our stay was perfect...thank you so much we will be back again I'm sure 😀

Thankyou for accepting our booking; we enjoyed our stay in Cleethorpes. Whilst there we went to Blundell Park to watch the football; and also visited 2 local(ish) golf clubs. Place was very clean, and fully suited our needs. Positive, we’d use again ✔️😀

Liquorice Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Liquorice Cottage. The cottage itself was clean and cosy and perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 young children). It’s also in very close proximity to local attractions (e.g. the castle), whilst still being in a peaceful location. On arrival, there was tea, coffee, biscuits and milk, which was very welcome after our journey, as well as some delicious plum loaf. We paid a small deposit for a parking permit and although getting a space outside the cottage is no guarantee, we didn’t have any trouble with this at all. I would thoroughly recommend staying here; it really was the perfect accommodation for our mini break to Lincoln.

The Little House is a perfect location for a visit to Lincoln. Walking distance to everywhere. The house is not really little… it’s actually quite spacious with everything you need. Cally keeps the place really clean and is excellent with her communication. We would be happy to stay here again on a return visit to Lincoln. We loved Lincoln it was our first visit and there’s plenty to do and see with nice bars and restaurants.

Cosy, bright, cute little house, exactly as described. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier as we have relatives living nearby. Great location: it's an easy walk and quite flat to the sea front, a little walk up the hill and you are in the shopping centre of Cleethorpes. Jules was attentive and a great host, the Christmassy light tree that she left was a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is a lovely clean modern spotless and spacious place to stay. Well designed and furnished, it is bright and quiet. There's a supermarket at end of the road and all the restaurants and cafes on Princes avenue. A great comfortable clean and lovely house

No.25 Steep Hill - Cathedral Quarter - Lincoln

We have just returned from a great stay at 25 Steep Hill. What a fantastic location, right near the top of Steep Hill and close to the cathedral, castle, lovely bespoke shops and nice restaurants. A wonderful basket full of goodies was put out for our arrival which was really appreciated. Also in the fridge we had milk, butter, jams, juice. There was a machine that made lovely coffee. We used all 3 bedrooms which had really comfortable beds. A nice outdoor seating area was available which we made good use of as we had perfect weather. Great communication from Rob, the owner. We had a fabulous time and it was so helpful to be able to stay a little later on our leaving day......thankyou for a great stay and your hospitality Rob 😀😀😀

We had a lovely weekend stay at no 27, the cottage is so comfortable and very well equipped. We were lucky with the sunshine and really enjoyed sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine. The location is so near to the city but is very quiet and peaceful, we had a real 'unwind' and relax.

Literally fell into bed at 10pm then left by 7am. Great place to stay, lots of thoughtful touches such as hot drinks, cereals, yoghurts and toiletries (we all forgot toothpaste!). Would stay again.

Lovely, clean house only a 4 minute drive to Cleethorpes. Perfect for me, my friends and the children. All 7 of us stayed here yet the house still felt spacious. The shop a few doors up sold everything you needed and there was an Asda just a short drive away. We didn't have any bath towels but that may of been a miscommunication between myself and the owner, so worth checking but John the owner was extremely accommodating, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Booked two of Anna's houses for staff working in the area. They thought the house had everything they needed home from home. Would defiantly book again if we are working in the area again.

The house was lovely and in a perfect location right by the Cathedral (you can actually see it from the window) and near the Castle and the quaint shops and eateries of Steep Hill. Samantha had provided everything we needed for our week long stay, with all necessary amenities and the kitchen was very well kitted out. Having a garage for car parking was a definite plus too. Highly recommend Samantha’s place for a Lincoln stay.

This is a great find- very clean and perfectly well appointed! It’s down a street which was very quiet and felt very safe! Five minutes walk into town! Mirrors and hooks galore was very pleasing to my wife! You can always tell a good find when you walk in and it smells nice!!

Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. A little gem of a place, looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and lovely lounge, the beds were comfy and a great bathroom, we really did feel at home here. It was a bonus to have the parking and we even got our big car in the space. This place is so close to the cathedral and castle less than a 10 minute walk. There are loads of great places to eat in upper hill that’s before you even venture down Steep Hill. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family. I had an amazing long stay! The place was warm, inviting, and spotless making it feel like a true home away from home. David was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive, always ensuring all needs were met. A standout touch was the thoughtful stocking of essentials—water, milk, bread, and even butter were provided in the fridge, which made settling in much easier. The location was ideal, just 272 ft from a Co-op, making grocery runs easy and only a 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the city centre. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
