Delightful stay, room was cosy and super clean. Warm and comfortable too - the place felt very homely. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and we enjoyed the privacy of the dining area (with a welcome addition in Norman). Gina was very friendly and helpful throughout - would definitely stay again!

We loved Pablo’s place. Everything was neat, tidy and clean. Super flexible check in and it was on Easter Day which makes it even more amazing! I would definitely recommend it and stay again next time in Newark!

Lovely b&b, very comfortable, clean room with everything you need. I felt it was even better than the description. The en suite was spotless, the bed comfortable and there was a good sized tv as well as separate sitting room with a microwave, fridge and tv if required. Maria was a friendly and welcoming host and made a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

A great place to stay for countryside nature and walking.Very comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and Gina goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Florence's location was just where I needed it to be for a brief, one night stay in Doncaster, and at a very reasonable cost. I did not spend much time at her place, but my room was comfortable enough and Florence was a lovely host. I greatly appreciated both the refrigerator and the fan in the room. Please note, for those like me who might be older - the room I stayed in is on the very top floor (up 3 flights of stairs), the bathroom is down 2 flights of stairs from the room, and the stall shower was not operational during my stay (but the climb-in tub did jhave a hand-held shower unit).

Had such a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Maria is very friendly and takes care of all of her guests in a friendly manner. Btw, She also makes an incredible omelette! The place is quiet and neat and the surroundings are peaceful; and just a walk from the local dinner/bar and the yoga studio Wellnest and a 5 min drive to cute Howden. Thanks again :)

We only stayed one night with Gina, but would have loved to stay longer if we had more time. Communication with Gina was perfect, we had all the information we needed in advance of our arrival and we were able to be flexible with the arrival time too. Our room was wonderfully well equipped and warm, with a comfy bed and spotless modern bathroom, the breakfast was of exceptional quality with a lovely choice of home made jams and marmalades. Meeting Norman the dog was a real treat too, he was so friendly and pleased to meet new people it was a real treat for us. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, we had a walk along the promenade at Withernsea which was lovely despite the icy wind, and a splendid walk right down to the tip of Spurn Point. We would highly recommend Gina's place, and would love to visit again in the future.

Great place, right on bus route to coast and Lincoln

Well hosted comfortable and stylish room in a quiet village opposite a good dining pub. Pauline was very welcoming.

It was an incredible experience, and the perfect get away. The wife loved the room, the window view, and the fact it's a working farm too. We only met Charlie who was really welcoming, genuine and made our stay personal. We will definitely go again. Thank you Sarah and James

This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings and a luxurious room. The hosts were incredible, going above and beyond in every way. From the homemade cake and flapjack in the bedroom, to the 3 course breakfast full of homemade treats- everything was perfect! And to top it all off Kelly made such an effort to bake and provide gluten free options too. Thank you David and Kelly for such a wonderful getaway. X

Our host Susan was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was as described or even better. A welcome drink in the garden on arrival was a lovely touch. An amazing breakfast!!! Would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

Silke and Kevin were very friendly and happy/ eager to help, and made our Golden Retriever Alfie feel very welcome as well. Beautiful, peaceful view sitting on the settee in the bedroom. Warm and comfortable, lovely bath.

Very comfortable spacious room. The outdoor space was great for an al fresco lunch in the sunshine.

Lesley's house was easy to find and parking on the drive convenient. She was very welcoming, easy to contact and very helpful with the local area. Her home was well presented and clean throughout. The bedroom was spacious and the large bed very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The private bathroom was immaculately clean with bath and shower again with quality shower gel, soap and towels provided. There was plenty on offer for breakfast with an excellent range of branded cereals, yogurt, bread, spreads, eggs and more. I was there for the parkrun at the Yarborough Leisure Centre (Alphabet "Y") and the Lincoln 10k so the location was perfect for this. The walk to the Cathedral at the top of Steep Hill took me around 30 minutes and did involve some steps initially. This would be something to consider if you were wanting to spend time in the centre of Lincoln.

Charlotte is a wonderful host, that will go the extra 10 miles for you 😀. Friendly, lovely and wecoming, the perfect Air BNBer . We could not have asked for more. The property and gardens are beautiful, particularly if you like horses, dogs, ducks and chickens. We highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks Charlotte x

As usual we had a perfect stay with the perfect host, Dominic. Nothing is too much trouble and this is a real home from home for us. We cannot recommend this place enough it has everything and more.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Caistor, stop looking and book with Clare now. We loved our stay with Clare and Shawn, they both made us feel very welcomed and were so giving of their time to answer questions and converse about the area. They both offered to help us with some personal needs that were above and beyond and completely unexpected. The room was very comfy, I loved being able to open the window and sleep comfortably with fresh air. Breakfast was delivered to our door at the time we specified, it was delicious and well thought out, it was actually more than we could consume but we were able to grab the fresh fruit for our car ride that day. I also appreciated that the space included a separate room where I could go relax with my coffee and tablet while my husband was still sleeping the next morning. We felt very safe in the home and the area which was quiet and peaceful.

Perfect 1 night stay!! Catherine’s place was exactly what we needed for a nights stay over. We were gundog training and had travelled up 3 hours with our 4 dogs (which Catherine very kindly agreed for us bring) so it was the perfect base for getting some rest and the beautiful breakfast the next morning set us up for the day ahead! Thankyou for a lovely stay! :-)
