Cable TV is included, with a second Apple TV! The hot tub is yours on your stay, to be shared with the tiny home in our backyard. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from 2 malls, and 5 minutes from the 2 interstates. We are conveniently near Walmart, Smiths, and CVS for last minute grabs!

Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
