Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Cottage has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and everything you need is provided. Bed is super comfortable and shower and huge tub are great. It is so peaceful. There was something very special about sitting in the hot tub after a busy day walking watching the sun set and the hares play in the field. All you will hear while you stay is birdsong.

All perfect! It's clean, exactly like explained, and Tracey is reactive.

Really nice place, very quiet and lots within a 30min drive to do with kids. Only small point was that there is not much outdoor area for kids to run around and play football etc but it is a working farm so to be expected. Single beds also not overly comfortable for adults but fine for kids. Very well equipped and Susan was really helpful and prompt with communication. Would recommend!

Nice quiet site well positioned for access to all locations on the coast and inland Malton Pickering and York etc Plenty of places to eat nearby and lovely pubs which are also dog friendly which we required on our stay . The distance to Scarborough Filey Bridlington was so easy and so quick excellent The Lodge was in immaculate condition inside and out in every way possible and has everything' we needed for our stay Everything is in A1 condition the living area and bedrooms are like new and the 2 shower rooms also it is a credit to Sean We like to Say a big thanks to Sean for everything from start to finish We recommend to anyone looking to stay on the east coast Sean accommodation and go ahead and book 110% Thanks Phil Nicola N Barni
