Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Poppy’s Farmhouse is detached and set in the grounds of a large country house. Down its own private lane and tucked away this is a quiet, beautiful, hidden away escape. The house has underfloor heating, woodburner, Egypian cotton linen, range cooker, full WiFi and access to wonderful walks from the front door. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
