Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Dousland borders open moorland with Burrator reservoir within a couple of miles.

Dartmoor National Park is on our doorstep and the stunning South Devon coastline is just a short drive away. One dedicated parking space.
