Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN A RURAL Area (and access is down NARROW LANES ,The Granary is an self contained apartment above an old barn which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard , it is a romantic county side escape perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside as this is in a working farm you may experience some noise tractors ,cocks crowing ,geese ,some farm machinery repairs in the day,sheep,cows,dogs.and low flying helicopters ,and the odd military jet .

With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. This apartment can sleep up to 4 adults. No pets sorry.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
