You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.
