Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

Just had an absolutely fabulous 5 nights at Rollestone Barn with 2 of our doggies . The Barn is light and spacious and extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedroom has a really comfy bed . The fully enclosed garden was fabulous for our dogs and a lovely peaceful place for sitting out in lovely surroundings. Noel and Sarah were very responsive hosts and all the information about the Barn and local attractions was much appreciated. They also left us lovely extras for the humans and doggies ! We will definitely be back to Rollestone Barn to further explore this lovely area - it really was a perfect place to stay !

We had a lovely stay at stairway to Devon - Midge. Nathan greeted us on arrival and informed us of everything we needed to know, including recommendations for local walks. The hut has everything you could possibly need, and the wood fired hot tub was an extra bonus. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing get away.

Wonderful cottage in a peaceful location. Great base for exploring Devon with the kids. Very dog friendly too and the fenced off woods were a fantastic bonus. Cottage was a typical farm cottage (which is what we like) and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids loved watching the horses each day. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful bungalow! It was spotlessly clean, cosy, and felt so homely. The location was perfect - peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!

Emma was a wonderful host. The information provided before the stay was very helpful and all communication was prompt with a personal touch. Romilly was lovely and helpful during the time we were staying. This was a special and memorable place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

Wow wow wow! Headland hideaway is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, Mike was amazing!!! Messaged every day to check all is okay, send photos of the signpost where to turn and exactly where to park etc. his food recommendation were helpful and stop on! Tried lots and all were amazing! The pool was the biggest hit and we were so lucky when we stayed we had amazing weather! Everything was spotless and modern, loved the remote control curtains! A fabulous half term dreamy weekend! Thank you so much Mike! It was an absolute pleasure!

This was our third visit and the peace and tranquility draws us back, coupled with the fact that the location opens doors to explore both Cornwall and Devon. Our dog Nellie feels at home from the time the gate is opened, finding her own treats along with bowls along with space to roam so dog friendly, as is the towns of both Cornwall and Devon.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

Lovely bungalow. Nice and clean and the beds were really comfy (stayed in a lot of Air BnBs and they a rent always!!). Site was lovely, have family close by so would love to go back again next time we visit.

Toby’s place is a lovely holiday lodge on the Honicombe holiday park. It’s in pristine condition and the hosts, Kevin and Tina, were lovely going above and beyond to make it a great stay. It’s well located for exploring Dartmoor and Cornish coast. Our favourite beach was Tregantle and we also enjoyed the Merrivale stones. Honicombe park is great for kids with use of an indoor and outdoor pool that come free with the cottage, a pub offering good value meals and loads of play areas.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

We've stayed with Di a few times and intend to do so again. It is so convenient- only a few minutes from the High Street and all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also very quiet and peaceful at night, unlike so other town-centre locations! It is always extremely clean and we feel very comfortable here. Thanks Di!

Charming property and a charming host. Very comfortable 3 night stay in peaceful Latchley in the beautiful Tamar Valley. The property was spacious, clean and tidy with a private courtyard cottage garden and the convenience of car parking on site. A really peaceful location just a stones throw from riverside walks alongside the Tamar and beyond. We'd stay again without hesitation.

3rd time staying at Steve's Old Chapel, there will definitely be a forth! the space is amazing. such a quiet surrounding area. spotlessly clean and Steve is simply brilliant. best air BnB host I've had the pleasure of dealing with. thanks again Steve. see you and the chapel again!

This little cabin has the ‘wow’ factor from the views to the thoughtful details such as tea and coffee and milk provided, very effective heating, full range of cleaning products and equipment and an excellent visitors handbook. Plus the whole place was spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout.

Our stay at Yonder Shippon was perfect! Hosts, accommodation and location were all perfect. Did not want to leave, but hope to return. Thanks for a great stay

This little tiny home is tucked away and absolutely stunning! Wake up to the clip clop of hooves, birds singing and chickens clucking. Idyllic country life! Jen supplies Fresh Eggs from her chickens - we couldn’t get enough of these! Stunning views of the sheep roaming around. Beautiful little self contained garden. Jen gave some great suggestions for walks and near by restaurants. Really can’t recommend this beautiful tiny home enough. Tub takes a little while to heat up but once it does we spent all evening in there and with a clear night the stars were outstanding seeing shooting stars! Don’t hesitate if you are looking forward a cute peaceful break!

Lovely place to stay. Hosts are welcoming and helpful but not in your face. Great location for Chagford and surrounding area, some lovely walks on the doorstep. Highly recommend this as a quiet get away.
