Very beautiful home. The host is very friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Very good location, very close to the city center. We'll definitely go for it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make a quiet and beautiful getaway

The location of the accommodation is privileged, overlooking the sea with an unobstructed view, very quiet and relaxing, optimal sunshine. The area is interesting and authentic with beautiful natural sites and pretty surrounding villages. The hosts are welcoming and have managed to offer very cozy and comfortable accommodation with beautiful quality supplies.

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Amazing place, have everything, and friendly

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. We had a very nice stay in Vasilis air BnB. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Vasilis really walked the extra mile to help us with everything. We highly recommend this place so close to the beach with the very nice and communicative Vasilis as your host.

This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

The airbnb was perfect. It had all the amenities listed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was also very responsive and helpful, guided me perfectly. It was located in the perfect spot too. The heating and AC were amazing as well. It was 100% worth the money, especially for an Airbnb like this !! Extremely satisfied.

The space is on the 1st floor of a small and quiet building. It is possible to use both the metro (St. Annunciation at 10 ' on foot) as well as the buses that go to the center (50 meters from the house there is a bus stop). The apartment is extremely furnished, with very beautiful lighting and spacious. Both the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and functional. The double bed is very comfortable and the existence of a closet helps for a multi-day stay. The surprise was for us the stereo in the living room - dining room, (lamp amplifier and speakers excellent). As we love listening to music in our home, the ability to use it was a nice choice throughout our stay in the apartment. The space is bright and also there is a patio landscaped with sofas and table, at the back of the house, for those who smoke or want to sit on the balcony. Mrs. Rena was waiting for us and gave us all the information we asked for. A great choice.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. in side the apartment is very good fully furnished but (missing microwave) if you add microwave that will be fantastic. otherwise excellent and I recommend and will also visit in a future. thank you

The house is fantastic, both in terms of aesthetics and amenities! Spotless, bright, thoughtful to the last detail! It's so much more than the photos! It really provides everything at a very normal price. The host Tina, just as fantastic, for any questions you may have will be there as soon as possible happy with a positive vibe! I highly RECOMMEND IT!

Very good place to stay!

Evangelias place was a large comfortable apartment ,close to the hospitals. The bed is not comfortable and is difficult to found the building no any sine with the name of tbe apartment to see from the street.

Perfect place to visit Athens without being in the noise of the capital. Tram 180m direct to the center in 30min and for really cheap. I order

We were basically satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us around and explained everything important in and around the apartment. The only downside is that the apartment is located on Riviera-Straße and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owner are highly recommended.

Ylli was a fantastic host, so kind and helpful and extremely responsive! The house was lovely and there were amenities and water provided. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to return!

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!
