Villa vacation rentals in West Attica Regional Unit

This place is absolutely breathtaking! By far the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date! And we have stayed in several places all over the world. We rented a car for our group but ended up not using it much because we just wanted to stay in the villa all day and enjoy the sun and beach! I think that the pictures did not prepare me for the view we had from the back deck. Not only that, but we spent so much time on the little pebble beach that we had private access to! We had a multigenerational group and all had a great time! The grocery store and restaurants are not far by car (less than 10 min). Georgia and Dimitri are fantastic and all questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!

A lovely stay in a charming, brand new and clean house with an amazing patio. Very close to a little secluded beach, a good counterpoint to the busy beaches of the island. The host was very friendly and responsive.

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

We made the gender disclosure of our baby with families and best men. Great location, beautiful views , greenery peace and quiet !! We were comfortable in terms of noise (due to children). Very helpful host, lived next door and always discreetly asked if we were ok and we needed something!!! Perfect for large groups!!

The vacation home was great. Lots of space to sit outside and right on the beach. The gardens are well kept and very private. Simply walk out and you are swimming and on the beach. Friendly area and people. I highly recommend this place for a family or couple.

Beautiful and wonderful property! We are so glad we got to stay here! Perfect for four adults and two kids. Close to the beach and the property is safe. We stayed here between flying into Athens and then leaving for the islands at Rafina port.

We loved our holiday here - beautiful views, great rooms, and the outside space is incredible. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, and the beach! Tasos was a wonderful host, great communication and very happy to help. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

The place is perfect for families with kids. From one side there is no pool which we saw as benefit since you don’t need to look for the kids all the time and they can just ran in the amazing garden, from the other side you can just open the gate at the end of the garden and go to a privet beach. Supper recommended!

Great hosts and great place! Private, quiet with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. There were minor details that could be improved in order to reach excellency. i.e. We couldn't find a wine opener, there was no kitchen cloth to clean the kitchen benches and one set of towels was clean but still very wet. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and gave clean instructions for everything! Overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

We had such a wonderful time. Ayapi's place was beautiful with incredible views and the swimming pool was amazing. The facilities were superb and we had the best time. Ayapi was incredibly kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. We really couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend Agapi's place and were so sad to leave. We definitely hope to return here one day. A huge thank you to Ayapi for being an amazing host and for letting us stay in her beautiful home.

Luxurious apartment, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, different coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, dishes - there is everything for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and helpful. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and tried to leave Athens for an hour. We called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km there and back. Perfect place for a family holiday! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who cares about his guests. We will definitely return to this house more than once

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Godelieve's place was fantastic. She was super communicative, helped us arrange a rental car (which will be needed to get to a local town as taxis are hard to come by), and made us feel right at home. Beyond that, the home itself is great. Everyone had room to do their own thing individually and there were plenty of communal spaces that feel comfortable and intimate. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing time off the Greece coast.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Wow! I have no words to describe Vasiliki, she is absolutely exceptional! She cooked a full 3 course meal for us when we arrived, she set a table for dinner, there was lemonade, wine, water she thought of everything. Generally around the house Vasiliki thought of everything, nothing was missing. The house itself is amazing, personally I don’t think the pictures do it justice, you cannot capture the beauty and the attention to detail Vasiliki has paid to it. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to wildfire in Varnavas but we will definitely be back and I cannot wait to see Vasiliki again. Beautiful lady, beautiful house and very soon the nature will regenerate itself and the surroundings will be beautiful again! Take care of yourself Vasiliki ♥️

An absolutely fabulous stay with the wonderful Giorgos and his wife. They were the perfect hosts - extremely helpful. We were with our two kids under 3 and the property was amazing. It felt spacious, luxurious and relaxing, whilst being safe for the kids too. The part of Greece was wonderful - not far from Athens, but with gorgeous beaches on your door step - and some fabulous food recommendations from the hosts. Really - I can’t thank Giorgos and his lovely wife enough. We had a great time. Hope to come again in the future!
