We had a great stay! We chose to stay in Belleville for the weekend rather than staying directly in St. Louis. It was close enough to St. Louis, and it’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Backyard was very nice addition as well. Jane and Matt were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly when we had any questions. Absolutely recommend!

This home was unique and more than met our expectations. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. Everyone loved the vending machine, arcade game and just the hunt, of admiring all of the surroundings in the home. We could have had our own scavenger hunt. We loved the private . The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space. We just adored this place. The host were friendly and very responsive! the apartment is beautifully decorated, the artwork on the walls was a nice touch. I wasnt sure what I expected but upon walking in the door up steps I was in awe. love the hardwood floors, enough windows to let in natural light, quiet area it was so serene, although i didnt use the washer and dryer it was nice knowing if i wanted to it was there, the welcoming water and pop on the table, and the host making himself available should i have questions or need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to crash for a few days, as listing mentions anybody over 6’2 may find themselves a tiny bit uncomfortable since you have to duck the head down a littleeee bit to get through main entry and into bedroom (you’re in a basement, cozy and safe during tornado warnings) hosts also are very considerate in keeping upstairs noise to a minimum

We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope we will be able to stay here again when visiting our granddaughter and her family who lives in Belleville. I especially enjoyed the comfort of the big leather chair in the living room. The only time I was not comfortable was when trying to take a shower. It is very small, and I had to turn the water off and step out of the shower in order to have enough room to wash my legs. There are only two bath towels, so you may have to wash your towels in the washer and dryer that is in the unit. It would be nice to have a larger frying pan. The frying pan is so small that I think my wife had to fry eggs one at a time. It would be nice to have a dresser in the bedroom to put clothes in and a chair to make putting shoes on easier when dressing. Other these minor items, this was a very comfortable unit and a great value for the price. Chris is a very responsive and friendly host.
