Great stay in a comfortable small barn conversion. Peaceful location, comfortable layout for two, warm and cosy with a log burner for extra warmth on a cold clear night. Ideal for us to explore Norfolk in all directions, looking for our retirement home.Great location for dark skies star gazing. Midge and Mick made us feel welcomed, on hand for help and advice as where to visit. Highly recommend for a comfy, cosy ABNB 👍

Comfortable cottage and clean. Cosy enough for 2 people. Everything you need is there for when you need to cook. Friendly host and always responsive if you need her. Third visit for us so that speaks volumn.

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.
