The visit was for a sad occasion but Ralph made booking and checking in a breeze which was more than appreciated! The house felt like a home away from home.

Very good strategic location! Loved how private and secure the place is. There was a heat wave when we stayed there and the fans provided helped cool the place down a bit.The extra supplies for coffee, linen etc are a plus which is rare on most of the place i stayed! Thanks for letting us stay in your place!

We had a great stay at Leila’s apartment. It is extremely well situated with great transport links by Tube and bus within minutes. It is also only 10-15 minutes walk from the Thames Path. The apartment is as advertised and is spacious, light and airy. It was also quiet. It has all the facilities you would need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is excellent. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast. As the weather was really hot during our stay, we used the balcony later in the evening. Despite the heat, with the balcony doors open, there was a good throughput of air. Check in was as agreed and Leila was very flexible with checkout. She was very easy to communicate with. Thanks Leila for a lovely stay.

The place was absolutely beautiful, we had arrived at our AirBnb late at night so seeing the light of the patio in the dark was honestly Beautiful, the bed and foldable bed was super comfortable, and my family had a wonderful night staying in the AirBnb. The host was very respectful and friendly and gave clear instructions and asked us how we would like our heating to make us feel right at home!! There was 2 bathroom and one of the bathroom was 100% disabled friendly and I will be definitely booking the AirBnb with my grandma next time!!

Highly recommended and perfect for the tube station. Very quiet and absolutely perfect location for me visiting my student son (he was a stone’s throw away!) Spotless and the Villeroy & Boch bathroom was beautifully designed and easy to use (I know, I used to sell them!) Thank you, we will be back!

The apartment is clean and cosy, with everything one would need. Location is about 15 min walking to either the Elizabeth line or the Central and District lines. There’s a bus stop about 5 min that will take you to Ealing Broadway where you can take either line. The area is peacefull and quiet in the evening. The entrance door into the building is being slammed every time someone’s going in and out, which can be annoying. The toilet makes a noise from time to time, but if you close the door you don’t hear it anymore. Bed is comfortable, so was the sofa. The area around Acton Town is quite busy and there’s something for everyone. We tried the Malaysian restaurant, Java Fusion. Highly recommend it. Our last experience in London was terrible, but this one made everything more enjoyable. Thank you!

Great rental for a family! We spent four nights at this unit - and it was perfect for our family of four! The beds were larger than most UK accommodations and super comfortable! Great bathrooms, and a large open living/kitchen space. Super easy walk to the Tube (about 15 minutes) and there is a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk from the unit! Very clean and well priced unit.

I absolutely love this beautiful Edwardian flat -- the pictures don't do it justice. I instantly felt at home and this flat will be my home away from home when I visit London. The tub is to die for. The neighborhood is lovely and it is so close to both buses and a train station. The host Gemma is exceptional. So responsive and helpful. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant experience.

We had a great experience staying here! Host (Julie) was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The space and the rooms were well decorated and felt so at home. Great flat, short walk from Kilburn and Queens Park tube stations. Perfect for exploring London. Great selection of independent restaurants a short walk away. Wembley Park a few stops on the Jubilee line. Great communication from host.

Stayed here for an event in Wembley arena. Everything is good and you won't expect from outside that the place is modernized inside. Host is responsive and clear too, thanks a million!

Great apartment in a fabulous location close to multiple transport options. Shane was a great communicator and whole stay was very streamlined.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
