Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. Our stay was delightful! We felt a part of a London neighborhood with the sounds and local stores, restaurants, & markets. Train and tube were within walking distance. To open their doors and have the fresh air while we relaxed was wonderful. Being met by Rosie was such a treat! She was very friendly and quite thorough explaining how everything worked. When we arrived, there was a bowl. of fruit and a few other items to help as we got settled. The bedding was heavenly to crawl into at night snd both bedding and towels were of high quality. The amenities in the kitchen were plentiful. Thank you for such a wonderful place to begin our European journey. We could not have chosen a better place than this!!

Our family of three had a great stay at Gabriel’s flat over 2024 holiday week. The flat is perfectly located, spacious, clean and beautiful. Photo depictions are accurate. The flat faces the rear so is very quiet. It overlooks a church yard that provides a scenic view. It is next to the charming Seven Dials/Neals Yard area and very convenient to West End theatres, tube and all sights. Gabriel and his friend Dean, who checked us in, were responsive and flexible. We were happy to find bottles of water, breakfast foods, and snacks that made our stay so much easier. In all, we could not have had a better experience!

Great location with restaurants downstairs. It’s on 2nd floor so need to haul luggage up 2 flights. Internet was down when I arrived but turns out it was the power box surge protector so switched it up and everything worked again. It’s a great unit and didn’t even take the underground the entire time I was there, and got 15-20k steps per day walking to various business meetings near Berkeley Sq and Picadilly, and then Chinatown for lunch or dinner, and then Oxford Street.

Location! Location! Location! A two block walk to the tube and buses everywhere, restaurants galore, walking distance to V&A and Natural Museum, this flat is a gem. When we booked this flat, I misunderstood that my two adult kids would need to agree who would take the bed and the other the airmattress, but for us, it didn't matter because by the time we arrived in London, our son who was just moving to the London area when we booked, had a place to stay and didn't need to stay with us... But this flat was quiet with nice views of the activity outside, and a great place for us to come together with our take out meals... Lia anticipated questions we might have and answered them before we could ask... if anything, I would recommend a guest book, where we can talk about the great restaurants we visited, giving future guests ideas for their own travels in the neighborhood. We would come back to stay here in a heartbeat! Thank you.

We’re so happy we found this place! The flat was airy, bright, and a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring London. The location was ideal—situated in a beautiful neighborhood and just a short walk from the South Kensington tube station. We’d be delighted to return!

Amazing place, with an amazing location, right next to Kensington Gardens, great place to walk and enjoy the weather. The place itself was great, I loved the spacious balcony you can go out and enjoy the weather with food etc. Beds were super comfortable, living room with a huge TV and sound system, made for great chill/movie nights, and the mezzanine office area is great if you’re working from home. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Karina’s flat in Westminster. It was clean, had great amenities, and was close to public transportation yet in a quiet part of town. Karina was super flexible with check in and met us on site. She answered all of our questions and made great recommendations for transit, groceries, and the area in general. We have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend this flat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s Airbnb! The flat was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organized, and well-equipped with lovely touches like Aesop toiletries and Nespresso pods. The location was also excellent, with two Underground stations within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to get around the city. The only issue during our stay was that the rain shower head wasn’t working. Fortunately, the handheld shower was functional, and Jody was very responsive—she let us know that the issue would be resolved before the next guests arrived. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay here again!

Amazing flat! Even better than the photos. Clear check-in instructions. The flat is very new, clean and spotless. Love the big sofas in the living room. Simple and beautiful decor, made us feel at home. There is street parking right next to the flat and there are always spaces available. My husband and I initially planned to park our car in a nearby car park, then turns out we can park our car on the street during the night. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful place! Gorgeous natural lighting. Felt at home here. The apartment had everything we needed. Almost didn’t want to leave the apartment because it’s so amazing! But Hackney is a great neighborhood. Plenty of things to walk to and public transit options only a few minutes away. Hope to stay here again someday!

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and super well located with plenty of transport options nearby, which made getting around really easy. Communication with Angela was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Big thanks to her! I’d definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect place for us in London. The apartment has everything you need, including a nice functioning, kitchen and reasonably spacious living area to relax. Valentina was very responsive and check in and check out were very easy. A great location, close to Hyde Park corner and Buckingham Palace.

Location: Magnificent! Lovely Little Venice area that is around the corner from Formosa St. (restaurants/cafe, wine place, mini grocery store, pedi/mani place, and more). Within minutes (by foot) from a tube station. Also, I walked daily to Regents Park / Primrose Hill. Hyde Park is fairly close too. Hosts: Outrageously responsive and so pleasant. Thanks! Flat: - Design folks will love this flat. The style is so aesthetically pleasing (check out the ceiling in the bedroom) and the attention to detail is absolutely superb. - Colour palate is calming (perfect after a day trekking around). - Use of high-end items combined with less expensive (but pleasing) pieces is so well done. - Highly efficient use of space makes the flat feel so well thought out and larger. - The only thing I would change (if I owned the place) is the bathtub. While classically charming, I think it is too big for the bathroom. Everything else is top notch. Looking forward to my return!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Kelly's place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail just as shown in the listing. It instantly felt like home the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Hugo and Kate's South Kensington flat. As others have noted the location cannot be beat - just a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube station, coffee shops, restaurants, the V&A and Natural History museums and Hyde Park. 3 bedroom/3 bath was ideal for us, giving us all our own space. We were appreciative of the quiet neighborhood and felt 100% safe walking around at night. And even though it's a sub-ground level unit, there's plenty of natural light. The only thing I'd point out is that since there are a steep set of steps leading down to the apartment it might not be good for people with mobility issues. We had absolutely no issues, but for some it could pose a challenge, especially with large luggage. We all agreed we would stay here again if we return to London, and would highly recommend it to others!

Clair’s flat was lovely and quiet. She was very responsive and helpful. The flat is only a few minutes walk to the nearest Tube station. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I felt safe on the Tube as well as walking from the Tube station to the flat after an evening West End show. I highly recommend Clair’s flat and I would definitely stay there again.

Nadine was a helpful and very responsive host! Her place was perfectly located on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, high street and railways to get anywhere we needed to go. The place looked like the photos and we were very happy during our stay there!

Great stay here - it couldn’t be more central, but feels like another world the moment you step through the door. Super quiet too, and the street has a bunch of nice restaurants - we chose the one below and it was great! Apartment itself is great looks better than the pictures and hosts were kind enough to give us welcome gifts, help us with our bags, and allow us to check out a little later (heavy night lol!)! 😂

This is indeed a “gem” of a location. The flat itself is compact but very comfortable for two people and had everything we needed. It is clear that a lot of care was put into renovating and decorating this flat and there are many thoughtful touches (e.g. water filter in fridge, heated towel rack, plush towels, interesting London coffee table books etc.) There was more storage space than any other Airbnb I’ve been in! The kitchenette is fully equipped and included a Nespresso maker (pods are provided) and milk frother so I was able to make cappuccinos each morning. The elevator was a luxury, but be aware that there is a short flight of stairs to reach the lift and then another to reach the flat. Thank you to host Chris and owner Anthony for their prompt communication and hospitality. They even provided a bottle of wine and chocolates! We were also able to drop off our luggage prior to check in, which was a huge help. We would happily stay here again!

The flat was EXCELLENT in every way! Its location so close to the underground is incredible! There is a shop, chemist and fish and chip shop literally on its doorstep. The flat was immaculate and very well equipped and perfect for two. There were lots of little extras and everything you could possibly need. Paul was superb in communicating with us and in giving us information. We stayed here for 5 nights. We would recommend this flat wholeheartedly and hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again.

Great location and in walking distance to everything

A perfect place from which to explore London. Just a short way from the local underground station, but remarkably peaceful. We enjoyed having a drink on the deck watching the parakeets. My hubby loved that it was about 15 minutes from The Oval, and we popped into Covent Garden for dinner one night. The flat was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Jodie was an excellent host. There are a lot of steps inside and outside the property, but if that's not a problem, this is a great place to stay.
