Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 2 days with my family. There were so many positive things, we did not see any deficiency. Thank you very much for everything Dana

We had a great week here, David and Adriana are lovely thoughtful accommodating people and their home reflects this. The house is modern and tasteful yet cosy, you feel right at home straight away, it almost felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The area itself has a lovely woodland walk practically on the doorstep as recommended by the host, plenty of places to eat and lots of nice villages to visit nearby. Our dogs loved the very secure garden! This house is a little gem, the garden has lovely lighting and the plunge pool and hot tub are private and great to use. A lovely addition to the stay! We would return to this house in a heartbeat. Thankyou David and Adriana for a lovely stay! (And the wine and card!) ❤️

Really responsive host! The house was exactly like the pictures. A few house-hold things weren’t there (kitchen towels etc) but you can bring them from home or pick them up from the shop. The pool was never ‘warm’ but didn’t deter from the stay at all!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

We had an wonderful experience during our 4-night stay! The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were bright and airy thanks to the skylights. The location was ideal! The Bayswater underground station is directly across the street and the Queensway station is a very short walk, giving us many transportation options. There are plenty of grocery and dining options in the surrounding area, but the house also feels quite and private because it is tucked away just off of the main street. Angie was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we messaged her. I would highly recommend staying here!

4 spacious bedrooms+Hall+Kitchen+BathroomShower+SeparateToilet+GrndFloorToilet, overall the house is too big for 2 large families. Neat and clean. Comfortable beds+Sofa. Kitchen with gas hob, microwave and utensils to cook. Bathroom shower is excellent with good heating and surplus shower pressure. Lots of toys for kids. Books for reading too. Brightness adjustable lamps. Toiletries. Heating system works good as all rooms have a large heater. 2 mins walkable to a big Sainbury's. 5 mins walk to Bus and Edgware tube station. Walking through the Sainsburys parking lot makes it much shorter as google map shows a longer route. Next to Sainsburys is the Broadway Shopping Mall, quite good one for spending time as well. As main food chains like Dominoes, KFC etc are very near. It takes 25-30 mins from Edgware to Euston and around 35 mins to reach other major London attractions. Subhash is a proactive, very kind host and caters to all our needs and responds very quickly. Highly Recommended++!

It was great staying at Izo’s place. It has easy access to the public transportation. The Hammersmith station is just 9 minutes walk away. The river Thames is just around the corner. The place is quiet at night allowing us to get a good night rest. Our flight arrived earlier than expected. Izo was very kind to let us check in early. The kitchen has plenty of utensils in case anyone wants to cook. Overall we had a fantastic stay there! Thanks again!

Immaculate, modern, smart-technology home. Wonderful features and incredibly secure. The hosts were very accommodating and restaurants were a quick Uber ride away.

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

Just back from a lovely stay in Old Windsor. The accommodation was beautiful, and looked after by the lovely and helpful Lucy. Windsor & Datchet are a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes in the Car or bus. Slough is 10 minutes away and a great train service which gets you into London within 15 mins. Casa by Grace is a beautiful home and immaculate inside, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

Amazing location within easy walking distance of key city attractions. Luxury accomodation that will be your home away from home. Bed is incredibly comfortable and shower is very enjoyable. Early check in was very much appreciated. Would definitely come back!

Amelia's place was absolute perfection! Close to transport for easy access to other areas of London and the surrounding area. Amelia had great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Her place is as cozy as they come. There were three of us and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Zoe and her home. We stayed in London for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and trip. The home is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and a wonderful place to wind down after each day of exploring the city. Public transit is easily accessible and the neighborhood has some fantastic places to eat, for which Zoe provided a very helpful list of recommendations. As a host, Zoe was extremely accommodating, friendly, and responsive to all of our messages. From providing tips to get to the home from the station, to providing us with various snacks (even Prosecco and various milks for our coffees and teas!), Zoe was an extremely thoughtful and generous host. We highly recommend connecting with her and staying in her home for anyone visiting London!

This was my second time booking with Konce, and honestly, it’s one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The space is exactly as shown in the listing — absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!
