Bewertung auf Deutsch: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Der Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Er hat alles getan, um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen, und wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns in der Unterkunft äußerst wohl. Während unseres längeren Aufenthalts hatten wir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Vielen Dank für alles!

Had an excellent stay at Tobias's place. Loved the proximity to the hospital and appreciated his promptness with responding to messages and very friendly. The space is excellent, highly recommend!

Właściciel bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Mówi po angielsku więc bez problemu można się porozumieć. Wszystko nam pokazał w mieszkaniu co i jak, w razie pytań jest z nim szybki kontakt. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, ręczniki, zapasowe koce, pościel. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne rzeczy. Jest tam nawet pralka i odkurzacz. Mieszkanie dosyć duże, osobno salon, osobno sypialnia. Cisza i spokój. Niczego nam nie brakowało.

Bin immer mal beruflich in der Gegend unterwegs, daher war die Wohnung ideal für mich. Die Anweisungen vorab waren sehr hilfreich. Der flexible Checkin für mich ideal. Im Haus neben an ist direkt ein italienisches Restaurant. Perfekt, wenn man selber keine Lust zum kochen hat. Würde die Wohnung empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. I would love to go back again one day. Thank you Marc for your kind hospitality. Perfect location for visiting Stuttgart if you are driving. Parking is right outside. Well done Marc for a lovely apartment. Great local supermarket in walking distance.

Super nice host, everything was as described and super nice. Fully recommended!!! Everything was clean and tidy, good equipment and a great view from the terrace. Also quick and friendly communication. I can definitely recommend it without any reservations!

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und Steffen war als Gastgeber super, hat immer schnell geantwortet und ist uns netterweise mit der Uhrzeit beim auschecken entgegen gekommen. 5 Sterne

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Ingrid war eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alles war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Christian

My family and I had an amazing stay at Christine's place. Brand new, beautiful house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of nature within walking distance, as well as super markets and good restaurants. The layout of the house is open, bright and modern, with high quality furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. My personal highlight was the massive sliding glass door, which when opened, made the dining and living room feel like an outdoor space. This is on top of the already generous outdoor space with BBQ grill. Christine and Patric have been nothing short of perfect hosts. Super helpful, friendly, always available. I can't recommend this listing enough. Our family has made some of our fondest memories here.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte ausreichend Platz und war super ausgestattet. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Wir waren gerne zu Gast.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Wow, selten in so einer liebevoll und toll ausgestatteten Unterkunft übernachtet! Wir haben mit 12 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) das komplette Haus gemietet. Die tatsächliche Aufteilung der Schlafräume war uns zu Beginn nicht ganz klar, das ist in der Beschreibung nicht wirklich ersichtlich. Somit blieb bis zum Einchecken die spannende Frage: Bekommt nun wirklich jeder einen Schlafplatz, wie er sich das vorstellt ? :) Letztendlich hatten wir genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für 3 Familien. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Betten waren bequem, es gab genügend Klopapier (kennen wir anders), kuschelige Handtücher, genug Kochutensilien, schönes Geschirr, tolle Badezimmer, schöner Garten.. ich könnte noch mehr aufführen.. wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

Mega schöne Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick. Alles hat perfekt gepasst vom Check In über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum Check Out. Sehr sehr sauber sowie nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Gerne wieder.

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

A wonderful apartment in a terrific location. It is very spacious and was immaculately clean when I arrived. Eugen is very responsive and incredibly helpful. It was perfect for my week in SG. Pay close attention to the entrance instructions, including the pictures, so you know which doors to use.

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

Excellent location at Marienplatz. It is right next to a great bar (Bruno's), in addition to the REWE's around the platz. Downtown is a short walk away, and for further locations such as the Porsche Museum, you can hop on the S-Bahn and be there within 20 minutes. I would say overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Stuttgart.
