David’s place was great! It looked just like the photos and was actually larger than I expected. It was super comfortable and set in the forest. David was very nice and I enjoyed meeting him and one of the dogs. The location was perfect for what I wanted. I’m originally from the area and it was nice to come back to visit friends and enjoy favorite spots (like the Yuba River!). I’ll definitely book again when I come up.

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

*Highly Recommended – A Perfect Riverside Getaway!* We absolutely loved our stay at the Little River House! At first, we were a bit hesitant to book since it's a guest house, and sometimes guest houses can be very close to the main house. However, this one is nicely set apart, giving us both privacy and space. Kim, the host, has maintained the property beautifully—everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The front deck overlooking the river was our favorite spot. The gentle sound of the flowing water added such a peaceful atmosphere, and in the early morning, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the river and surrounding trees right from the bedroom or living room. The two bedrooms had clean and comfortable beds, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. We wholeheartedly recommend the Little River House to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic place to stay!

This was my second stay and it was great! Beautiful area and property and very comfortable accommodation. I will definitely stay again if my travel plans bring me back to Auburn!
