Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family host was responsive and helped out in any request we had we enjoyed our stay and would be planning to go there soon

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. Upul's property is beautiful. The caretaker was very thorough with her job and made sure we were comfortable, She even arranged a local tuk tuk for a dinner visit to town. It's a bit further off from the main touristy centre, but if you are seeking a quiet, beautiful retreat, this is great, and proximity to the airport makes it a perfect 1st or last stop from Colombo.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out over the ocean each day was a true highlight. The space was spotless and well maintained, with a modern, clean aesthetic and beautiful flooring that added a cozy touch. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. On top of that, the host (Heshan) was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
