The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

I booked this bnb when I visited my family in Sri Lanka. I needed a place that looked like my home for several days until my home renovation was complete. This listing was perfect since it was within walking distance of the Pelawatta junction. I bet anyone who is visiting the Overseas International School would greatly appreciate this location since it is a short walk away. The property manager/caretaker was extremely polite and very responsive. I liked the layout of the house. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my parents while the kids and I had it upstairs. The kitchen and the dining area were a daily hangout place where we would sit down and chat for hours, a very cozy and homely place. Enjoyed my stay and made my visit to Sri Lanka even better! thank you!

You get the entire second floor in a beautiful house. The location is good, not too far from shopping districts but not too close either, just right. The garden is lovely and always full of squirrels, and I can't even list the number of amazing creatures I've seen from the windows while staying here. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much, we stayed for another month!

I met A Great soul in Ms Nayanie and her Family. During my stay of one week, Her Place became, A Home Away From Home. As I was working from home, had a wonderful Experience. The Place had a Serene Atmosphere, sparkling clean room, linen & bath. Food was delicious. A big garden with native plants. Nayanie & Mr Bandul was happy enough to explain to me and guide me through out my stay. We had a lots of stories to share of our common interests & Hobbies. I fell ill on the day of my arrival, Mr Bandul took me to a good doctor, I felt so much at home and recovered in couple of days. The couples knowledge and wisdom was something I treasured, simple living and high thinking. Their Sprituality enlightened me, It was a delight, listening to their discources. People with A Big Heart. The place is around 20 odd minutes from the city center area, which has good connectivity. I plan to always stay here during my future visits to Colombo.

Great place to stay in. I loved the garden and the area in general plus the host is very hospitable. In the beginning he did not know we were arriving, I think because of a technical issue. However, he didn't turn us away, instead welcomed us at 3 in the morning and prepared with his family the house for us and even made us tea. Highly recommended!

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩
