A large villa with large pool big garden very close to Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans...... modern house with big kitchen en big garden close to Nature park "het Twiske". By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

Great family villa @ Amsterdam Ijburg

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

The house features a striking combination of brick and wood, set against a vibrant blue sky. A well-maintained garden surrounds the entrance, providing an inviting approach. Large windows enhance the home's bright appearance, while the front porch offers a glimpse of outdoor seating.

Detached house in a central location in Purmerend.(No Party's) Located on the border of beautiful Kwadijk, surrounded by nature. A wonderful place with many beautiful cycling routes and a river is near the house. There are several beautiful places in the area that are easy to reach, such as Amsterdam, Volendam, Monnikendam and De Beemster. At the house you can park easily. A 5 minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop. From here you can easily travel to, for example, Amsterdam.

This place offers almost everything you need for a perfect holiday. Situated next to a lake you have your own private deck from where you can jump into the water to use the "sup, kayak or even a boat". The house is completely renovated (early 2022) and offers lots of luxury. BBQ/2 bathrooms/modern kitchen/aico/wifi and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun. Only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam city centre and only 5 minutes away from historical "Muiderslot and Naarden Vesting".

Frank and Anneke were very friendly and helpful hosts! Breakfast was great and every morning with freshly squeezed orange juice. They gave us great excursion tips. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire and Frank immediately gave us a recommendation for a workshop. All in all, we had a nice and relaxing stay with the two! Thanks again for that!

We were staying at the house that Yvonne rents for 4 days, 3 nights in April 2025. Yvonne is extremely kind, warm, professional and helpful. Whatever we had to ask her, she was kind enough to respond and help us immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay at Yvonne's and enjoy the beautiful Amsterdam! The room was in an exact condition as it is in the photos. The neighbourhood is quiet and idyllic so you can walk to your destinantion, but if you prefer city transportation the tram and bus station is 5 min by foot. Thank you Yvonne and hope to come back again!

Had a great time at Alfred's and Maggie's studio. Loved the peaceful area and being so close to the water. Do consider that it is not right around the corner of most tourist spots etc when booking. That being said public transportation is nearby and easy to navigate. I enjoyed the design of the place, it's great for a one week stay, you can tell everything's been lovingly put together. Alfred and Maggie are attentive and kind hosts that take an interest in their guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilia’s place. The space was clean and spacious and the location was perfect! It was super easy and quick to get into the city. Emilia was flexible with our check in time and was kind enough to provide a crib and high chair for our baby. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if traveling with a baby or young kids!

It was super nice, the house was very beautiful and clean. We arrived very late and Sedat prepared some hot soup for us, which warm us so well in a cold night. Sedat also prepared breakfast for us and borrowed us the bike. Overall, I will definitely return next time.

I made this reservation the day off and Yvonne was very responsive and flexible. Thank you Yvonne for opening up your lovely home. It has such a cozy feel and space that makes you feel like you're home. The room and common place had everything you need including snacks, coffee and tea. It had private bathroom and balcony. Yvonne has great taste when it comes to decorating her space. Had great talks and will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Asterdam! Very easy to commute from the closest metro station to central Amsterdam.

Super thank you for the wonderful weekend, everything was tip top in order and if there was anything you took care of it right away. Lovely swimming even though the heating was broken and it was a bit on the cold side, but I liked that😆. Could sit in the garden and the bikes were also very nice so could easily go everywhere. The only thing was that the sleeping pillows were very thin but the bed was lovely. We would definitely come back back.
