Newly renovated designed by high end modern architectural firm located in Washington's most vibrant neighborhood. Close walking distance to lots of great restaurants, night life & 1 block to metro yet still quiet. Lots of sunlight, high ceilings, front landscaped garden to sit & enjoy the passers by & rear private patio for your use. The parking is at the Church behind our house & paid for by us for you to use. A desk is in the front bedroom-great internet. Amazing coffee shop on our block.

Spacious Apartment in Historic Townhouse
We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. On street parking is free, a two night stay is minimum. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.
