Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

Pia Susanna's place was PERFECT. It was close to everything I needed yet quiet and comfortable so that I was able to do what I came to do with focus! The place was comfortable and warm (engaging). Frankly, enjoying the surroundings made me smile...it was so pleasantly decorated and delightful. Pia Susanna was a great host, too -- fabulous hospitality, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Five stars out of five. I'd stay there again if it was available when I was visiting DC!

Would highly recommend this stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, and great space! Benjamin was a great host and I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. If you’re looking for a great space in a quieter neighborhood in DC, I’d recommend this location!

Loved this little apartment. So close to everything, very walkable, and loved how close the Metro was. The neighborhood was quiet and not too busy, with parks nearby, and lots of great places to grab a bite or a drink. Super comfy bed and the shower was divine. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful spot to stay for a few days while in town for work! I always enjoy staying in a different neighborhood, outside of downtown so I can see where the locals live - the area was buzzing day and night, great food, shopping and coffee all very close! The apartment was such a perfect size for what I needed and so clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying again! Matt was very responsive and even came and said hello when I arrived. He was ready to give suggestions for places to eat and said the street is gorgeous in the Fall when all the trees turn yellow- great excuse to return!

Enjoyed my stay at Mischella and Nathan’s place. The inside matched the description and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect and close to the metro, with the Mall being less than a mile away. Lots of great restaurants in the area too! Thank you Mischella and Nathan.

5 mins walk from Union market, the apartment was pristine, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in and cooked one night and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. May make this my go-to ABNB when in DC.

This unit was spotless and was exactly like the posting. The A/C worked perfectly with no issues at all. It was close to all the sites and very accessible parking. It was spotless and very clean and new. If we come back to DC we will definitely try to stay here again.

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

We had a perfect stay, this place is in a great location with lots of space and clean. The hosts are very responsive and there to help when it’s needed!

The house was beyond perfect and truly made me feel at home. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad to leave. It was in a great location and very close to everything. The house has more than everything you could possibly need. If I ever come to DC again, I’ll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The listing was just as it was described and pictured. The location was great, quick walk to the Metro. It was clean and comfortable. We had a few questions about parking but Lisa and John quickly responded and assured us that we wouldn’t have any issues with where we parked. If we travel to the area in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Stephan’s place was very nice. Large kitchen and tons of cabinets. Very comfortable apartment. Walkable area with lots of restaurants. Had a great time.

Located on a peaceful residential street, close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Metro, we could not have asked for a better location from which to explore Washington DC! From check in to departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed and spacious apartment! Special thanks to Martha for accomodating us, and for her helpful recommendations during our stay - we hope our travels will bring us back! Thoroughly recommended!!

Wonderful stay! Elizabeth was quick to answer questions and made sure we had a great stay. Lovely place, had everything we needed and more. I was so thankful to have a washer and dryer since we had been traveling for so long. Elizabeth even had a washing machine pod for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Host was super communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Only thing I'd suggest is to buy longer shower curtains because the entire bathroom floor would get wet every time we used the shower.

This place is amazing. Katie was kind enough to prepare the jacuzzi for us as we were tired of driving 8+ hours during our roadtrip so it was a great relaxing time there. Also, had a great chat with Katie who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely come back again on our way back home from this roadtrip!

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Arshams listing is wonderful! Everything was so clean and fit all 5 of us so comfortably! We loved the tea options 😍. It was in perfect walking distances from great food, coffee places (and fun little bevs) as well as an easy walk to the metro! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

This was a lovely Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was thoughtfully appointed, featuring a basket in the bathroom for miscellaneous items that guests often forget. The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. We had no trouble finding parking nearby, which is an ever-present concern when staying in Washington, DC. The hosts anticipated the guests' every need and were very responsive to the few questions that we had. The back of the unit has a charming back balcony, and the location was super convenient to the townhouse of our son, daughter-in-law, and their two little boys. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb!
