Great spot. Quick and accurate communication from host thru the stay. Fit my needs perfectly, and i will be back next year. Water access was great. (Please if you are considering letting your kids play in the water, it gets deep quickly and the current can be quite swift)

We loved staying in this building, it is a much quieter end of Navarre (which is already a quieter beach) It was easy to get down to the beach quickly! We had a great visit and always love Navarre!!

We come to Pensacola beach every year, and this was such a great place stay! Super close to beach access, and beautiful views off the balcony.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Olga’s condo! It was peaceful, beautiful, and lots of fun! The walk to the beach was easy! The patio view of the pool and palm trees was really cute! Very secure and perfect for our 5 day/4 night stay! Easy communication and we really had no problems or questions at all! Washer / dryer and ice maker were nice “extras” to have! Thank you so much for the wine and late check out accommodations!

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had the best stay! The view from the corner unit is breathtaking and we liked the option to either take the stairs or the elevator up to our unit. Being able to see the pool from our balcony was also great for our young family. Can’t beat the beach accessibility and we took advantage of the chair/umbrella service for the first time, which made things even more enjoyable. Allison was very responsive and clear with all instructions. The condo was clean and is just like the pictures showed. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us (grandparents included). We had a blast all week and each night started and ended with us taking advantage of the balcony. Would highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I had no issues with anything and will be a returning guest.

We had a blast. Although the pool wasn't ready because of delayed construction we were in the gulf or riding around town or even just sitting on the balcony. Clean- TWO air units!!!—beds were big even the pull out couch! Fit 3 of us. I'm so happy they let us add my best friend and her daughter(which is my daughters bff too). Everything you need was there. Even made us some virgin and regular pina coladas and some milkshakes on the last night. Not sure when our next trip will be for a beach stay 2026 we are taking a Disney Cruise but I will definitely be recommending.

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

Very nice place, location, we felt like we were home. Enjoyed our stay and very reasonable price.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

Yuriy was a great host and quickly responds. Home is located in a peacefull, quiet location on the water/bayou. Home equipped well with all the towels, bedding, dishes, etc. Even chairs, boogy boards, and sand castle building buckets for the beach. Back patio is such a nice place to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for having us!

This was the perfect house for what we wanted for a weekend of keeping our grandbaby, while my daughter was in and out, participating in a wedding. It is right on the water, although the water is not accessible from the property, it is a beautiful view out the many windows, that make the living area bright and airy. My husband was able to walk down the street a couple of lots and fish and there is a bait shop just a short car ride away. The house was immaculate, and very bright and cozy. Minh responded to every inquiry very quickly. If you are heading to Pensacola give this house a good look, we felt it was a really good deal.

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was exactly as the pictures and description described. We loved how close we were to the beach and how uncrowded the beach was. The owner was very nice, helpful, and prompt in responding to messages. We look forward to returning here again!

Lisa, our host, was exceptional! She was super friendly and was on top of EVERYthing. The condo was beautiful and felt very homey. I love that they have the balcony facing the beach and it’s a private beach at that! I would highly recommend vacationing here and we will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

We loved the condo! It was the perfect location. Right on the beach! The owner was extremely helpful and was able to be contacted easily and responds very quickly. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!! We will definitely be back!!

The location honestly couldn’t be better—super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Do *not* skip out on Peg Leg Pete’s! The condo was fine overall, but it could use some updates. Nothing major, just a bit dated. Still, it had everything we needed and I’d definitely recommend it! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This place not only our expectations but went above and beyond! The balcony was huge and had two fans allowed us to enjoy the sounds and view of the waves endlessly. There were lots of board games to play and books to read if we wanted. The two bedrooms were large allowing you to feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need to make all meals for anytime of the day. We made breakfast everyday and enjoyed it on the balcony. Two options of drip coffee and keurig were super convenient. We had two cars and the parking lot was always easy to find a spot. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and toys in the closet available to use. The walk way to the beach was a ramp with no steps. There is a service where you can rent chairs/umbrellas, if you wanted. We went down to the beach around lunch time with no crowd to fight. The famous Flora-Bama was easy walking to by either sidewalk or by beach about 15-20 minutes away. Perfect place for two couples or family of 4.
