Large privacy fenced backyard has huge oak trees, patio w canopy over high top table & chairs. 1 mile to Naval Air Station & 1/2 mile to Corry Station. Pensacola Beach about 25 mins away. We have rented since 2013. Tax of 5% is included in rate. State tax of 7.5% is collected thru site. Outside, 3 security cameras installed. Rescue cat, Rod, lives outside. He's neutered, vaccinated & we provide food. We ask if you'll give food & water.
