My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Very easy to communicate with. Pristine home. Felt like home. I didn’t want to leave it was so cozy and comfortable. Thank you for helping make it possible for me to see my dad little brother and big sister. Your home made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the trip. Will definitely be looking into your listing again the next time we return.

Let me start by saying, we are not huge fans of over-developed beachside Florida. We both grew up going every year back when it was a best-kept secret. However, our stay in Gulf Breeze changed our "old folk" attitudes completely. The community had it all within 15 minutes. This sweet property with its great fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our miniature schnauzers. They especially loved the early morning sprinklers😂 and outdoor living. We enjoyed being so close to beautiful, pristine beaches. We can't wait to get back!

I've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this was truly one of the best experiences. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was spotless… absolutely impeccable! The decor was beautifully done, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made it feel just like home. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants. Every detail was clearly thought out, and the overall atmosphere was warm, stylish, and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough and would definitely love to stay here again! They even had a dog park across the street for our furry friend :)

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

This home is beautifully devoted with a lovely dining table we enjoyed our meals each day. The linens & bedsrooms were immaculate as well as the bathrooms. The sweet tooth brushes & soaps were an extra treat in the bathrooms. I forgot my shampoo & Sonya had left tiny shampoos & conditioners in each shower. The backyard was a big hit with our pooches. Our stay was so nice & we definitely recommend this place for anyone! Sonja is so sweet & kind & responds quickly. We loved our week here!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

Highly recommend this location! We had previously lived in Florida and came to visit for a bit and this was the perfect place to make us feel at home while visiting friends and enjoying our time there. Hannah was extremely communicative and they had everything you could possibly need in the home. The home was immaculate and spacious! As far as the pool goes, perfect! They provided pool toys and beach toys for those that may not have been able to travel with those things. Very thoughtful in every aspect here, loved it and highly recommend it!

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

We stay here for three nights, it’s a beautiful house to stay, my whole family had a wonderful time here, it has everything you will need; clean house, Summer was always aware of what we might need. I really recommend to stay here. ❤️

The home was amazing, we didmt do much this trip. We wanted to just fish. The dock below the house at the boat ramp was were i spent alot of my time. It was perfect to just relax and fish. The kayaks were also nice to have. The home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The blue angels flying over was great, i got really good videos as they fly pretty low so its a great experience to see!!! The waterpark in pensacola is very budget friendly!!! I will definantly return 10/10 on this home. You are away from all the heavy crouds but so convienant to everything!!

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times now and will not stay anywhere else in Pensacola. Stephen is always friendly and responsive and has great recommendations if needed.

This was a great AirBNB experience. The unit was very nice, had designated parking, and the host and co-hosts were very communicative. There was a little hiccup with parking at onset, but was quickly resolved - a small confusion due to some changes occurring at the property, but as soon as we messaged about it, we got a quick response and resolution. The space was petite, but more than adequate for a quick getaway, and we even had space to set up a fenced playpen for the dogs in the living area so that they didn’t have to be crated when we were away. The parking is very close to the door for easy packing and unpacking. The yard is fenced and separated from other renters, and has a little green space so the dogs had space of their own. Also, Dan was incredibly friendly, gave lots of recommendations, and even gave us some treats for our dogs. Beautiful Florida beaches are a short 15 minute (or less) drive and downtown is about a mile. Great experience.

If your child or grandchild is stationed at NAS this location is perfect! it is just a couple minute away! Catherine is amazing and has a bunch of great tips on the area! This home needed no cleaning before putting our things in the house! It was fabulous! We had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything Catherine!

Mrs. Barbara was very nice. We got here early and she allowed us to check in soon as the finished cleaning. The place looks just like the picture. It was very peaceful and quiet there the neighbors were nice as well. Thank you so much Mrs . Barbara I will definitely rent again !
