Monthly Rentals in Wardle

Booked on behalf of a colleague working nearby. Frank's place was perfect for him, he felt right at home which is always appreciated when working away. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped - allocated parking space was a real bonus. Frank was a great host, friendly and communicated quickly with lots of information for a smooth check in and comfortable stay. I won't hesitate to book again next time we are in the area. We had a lovely stay! The value for money is incredible and the place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so well decorated and looked so welcoming and cosy! We had enough space to park our two vehicles, and Heidy came outside in the rain to meet us when we arrived! She was a great host. Lovely private self contained annex. The space is really well thought through. The bed was very soft and like sleeping on a cloud. The fairy lights were gorgeous! The saniflow toilet took a bit of getting used to We really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely look into coming back here if I’m ever travelling this way in the future Thank you!

Donna kept me updated but chat seemed automated. Did ask about parking abd this was answered timely. Flat was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Kitchen shared with another flat but there was nobody in the other flat so was lucky to have the top floor to self. If I was sharing it was colour coded to make clear fridge /freezer space etc. excellent location and good views.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .
