The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes walk to Lake Tankum. On the lake, there is a swimming beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.

This beautiful vacation home is located in the historic city center of Quedlinburg (200 m from the market). The sights are wonderfully accessible on foot and also the shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. On the day of arrival a visitor's tax of 3,00 € per person and night (children from 6 years 1,00 €) is to be paid in cash.
