Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing break on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a farm with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you can reach the dike in a minute and on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and are happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

The apartment is located in Bremen St. Magnus within walking distance of Constructor University and the train station. It is a beautiful and spacious place with a very characteristic charm. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters, has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The location is also a great base for bike rides and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all everyday necessities. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

We rent our cozy, 45 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of an old villa, with a large south balcony, on the old sea dike of Carolinensiel. It is our 2nd home and offers a relaxing retreat on 2 levels. Within walking distance of the Museum Harbor Carolinensiel, you can reach restaurants and cafes. A big supermarket is in the neighborhood. Directly from the apartment, many cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore. There are plenty of maps on site.
