Converted into a beautiful vacation home in 2020 in a perfect location in Hodenhagen in Lower Saxony. Our house has 2 bedrooms (orthopedic sleep system bed & box spring bed), a family room with 4 sleeping options, orthopedic waterbed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed. The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

Vacation home

Dear guests, The privately run apartment is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Altenboitzen, about 9 km outside of Walsrode. Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

Living on an old farm

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

A 3-room apartment is offered, suitable as a fitter's trade fair apartment. (No long-term rental!) There are 2 bedrooms with sleeping options for 2 people on the 2nd floor. Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

Modern bakery on a farm

We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is a barn from 1800, which we have newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Surrounded by old oaks and green meadows, it is inviting for relaxation. Together we realize many projects and ideas on our family Resthof, so there is always something to do and a lot to discover here.

The apartment is quietly located. You can reach hiking trails, Nordic walking or jogging routes or the outdoor pool in minutes. The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 3 people and invites you to feel good. The Lieth Forest starts after about 2 minutes on foot. Shopping and the tourist information are within walking distance.
