Monthly Rentals in Walpole Island

The cabin was lovely and perfect for our small family. The cabin was stocked well with everything we needed from board games to actually having salt and pepper shakers. We even enjoyed the body soap scent. The view of the canal was beautiful. We enjoyed taking in the wildlife scenes as birds defended their territory and a family of muskrats moved about during sunset. Last complement is the remodel of the cabin and the beautiful luxurious Brazilian ipe floors. Nice touch to pull the place together.

Perfect for a couple or 3 ppl. Everything was clean and in working condition. There is lots to do around the island except a public beach however that’s not at any fault to the host. Lots of fishing charters, couple quaint restaurants and lots birds species in the area. The Kroger grocery before the ferry was perfect for groceries and there’s a small store on the island if you forget anything. There isn’t a gas station on the island so fill up before crossing. Alysia was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This cottage was a wonderful experience. The entire house felt cozy and right at home. They had lots of toys for the kids, high chairs and a pack and play. We really enjoyed the water views and will be back!
