Welcome to Island Peace, our beautiful island getaway for family vacations or small retreats. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood with ample yardspace for playing and watching the deer roam. Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

Our home is directly across the river from the Algonac boat launch and just a 2-minute drive from the ferry. There is a large open floor plan with plenty of space to entertain and outside is a spacious L-shaped deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything but your food/drinks. On Broadway/with Balcony Riverview Apt. B

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets
