Exactly what we were hoping for. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and homey.

What a beautiful home! The property itself is gorgeous, and the inside was lovely and tasteful as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable utensil, serving dish, cooking supply, etc. that you could possibly need. The refrigerator and cabinets were pretty stocked as well, although some items were long past expired and could probably use a little cleanup. Huge formal dining area, great for large groups. Beautiful sun room off the kitchen with wonderful natural light. Very big, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The only drawback, which I did see mentioned on another review, was the water had a bit of a smell, which in turn made the showers kind of stinky, and the water was yellow when we ran the bath. Just a minor detail; we drank bottled water instead, and enjoyed our stay regardless. All the rooms and living spaces were very clean! Lastly, Katy was a wonderful host. Kind, responsive, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!

Art’s place was great, had everything you needed, and as pictured in the photos. The backyard was beautiful and spacious for our 2 pups who enjoyed the space to run around. I appreciate Art’s responsiveness to our questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay and have dogs, this is the place for you! Thank you, Art! We will definitely book again when we visit family.

My wife and I stayed here for two month while we transition to move to a permanent place in Sacramento. This place is next to the biggest park in Sacramento region with tons of great Asian food around on Freeport. The place is close to grocery store, coffee shops and 10 mins from downtown and with very easy access to highway 5 and 99. I would recommend anyone who wants quiet while close to everywhere while visiting Sacramento.
