This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

We had a great experience. Loved the house. Beautifully decorated & each bedroom was very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach & nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Josh was an exceptional host. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for being such a great host! 😎

Kitty was a great host. The location was ver close to a lot of restaurants and in a great area. The Airbnb was spacious and the perfect place for a weekend away.

We loved the area. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was always responsive and a please to work with as host.

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful! It is just as the images look, is in a great location, and has everything you could need! Great local snacks and recommendations, I would definitely stay here again!

Michael's place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens (all new), amazing beds and bedding. The location was fantastic, a block from the beach and 15 minute walk to Main Street. He was proactive, kind, extremely responsive and made us feel very welcome. Just FYI as of this posting on 5/20/25 there is construction next store during the week 8a-4p, not sure how long it will be (they are renovating the house next door).

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Natalia’s apartment was perfect for us for a weekend stay. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was in a great location. It was very clean, easy check in, and matched the pictures and description.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.
