Très bon séjour dans ce logement impeccable, propre, confortable et bien équipé. Situé à 2 pas de Stein am Rhein et de belles destinations touristiques de la région (Constance, Schaffhouse, Meersburg,...) mais indispensable d'avoir la voiture à mon avis. Nous remercions Nancy pour son accueil et ses petites attentions de gourmandises de la région.

The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit bei Markus & Ralf! Die Ferienwohnung war, wie auf den Bildern: gemütlich, privat und sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tolle Ausflüge unternommen! Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht und fussläufig sind leckere Restaurants erreichbar, falls man keine Lust hat zu kochen. Danke und wir kommen wieder!

In dieser Woche bei Doris haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lotzbeckpark. Man hört die Vögel singen und in der Nacht das Wellenrauschen vom Bodensee. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr fein und hat alles was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staying here was the best choice I could have made while staying at Konstanz. Location, location, location! You can walk right to the banks of the river and cross into the old town while also being conveniently located next to all forms of public transport. Kazim was kind to even have provided a Bondensee card in our names. The apartment is impeccably clean wit VERY comfortable beds. Newly furbished bathrooms and kitchen. You will feel as if you were the only ones to have resided there! Warning, it is true of the refrigerator too. If you are traveling from afar or late night be sure to arrive with snacks/drinks as none will be waiting for you-- you may find yourself wishing you had something to welcome you. That being said, there is an EDEK close by. Again everything from restaurants to shops are convenient! Lastly, Kazim was always helpful and prompt in answering our questions and even came by to let me back in when I forgot something after checking out. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Quick stay in schaffhausen, about a 40 min train (beautiful ride) to Zurich and the town itself was beautiful. The space was clean and very cute inside! Reto and the co-hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions, would definitely stay again if in the area!

A beautiful apartment, great location and felt like a haven. Tastefully decorated, quiet even though on a main road, modern with the most perfect reading spot overlooking the park to the lake! Thank you Leonie for this wonderful home you have - we loved our stay!

Highly recommended - this is a fantastic place, Aleksandra and Francesco are excellent hosts, and the communication was excellent. Great location (view onto and direct access to the river), beautifully decorated, modern flat with everything we needed; also, it was spotlessly clean. As an extra plus: our hosts were very flexible and kind enough to extend our stay twice on very short notice despite the festive period. I’d come any time again.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmereinteilung war für uns (1 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche) sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, wunderschön und die Räume und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und eigerichtet. Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und die 2 Bratpfannen waren so verkratzt, dass wir sie nicht mehr gebrauchen konnten. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit Johannes war freundlich und proaktiv. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Appenzell und zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten bei der Luftseilbahn die auf den hohen Kasten führt.

Wir waren zu dritt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In der Gegend kann man viel unternehmen und ist optimal zum Fahrrad fahren. Den Kneipen- und Sunsettipp haben wir auch gemacht und ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Dank Nikils Tipp haben wir Vorort Biogemüse direkt ab Erzeuger kaufen können. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche hat die wichtigsten Utensilien. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder:-). Und sicher mit Fahrrad.

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne (Haus, Umschwung, Gastfreundschaft,...) und spannende (Störche und Eichhörnchen als Nachbarn, Gartennutzung mit Grill, interessante Gespräche, Ausflüge) Woche im Seehaus von Simone und Familie, danke!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, mit einem tollen Garten und wunderschöner Aussicht! Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und Janine war super nett!

Tous est très propre, et y tous ce qu’il fallait pour notre séjour d’une semaine en petite famille . Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, pour les œufs frais de votre poulailler. C’est magnifique petit mouton, ont adorer. On c’est promener dans le village et dans la forêt autour, très simpa. La nuits on a croiser des petits cerfs 🥰 sur la route. Merci Eva et Yves

Ich bin das zweite Mal hier und gerne wieder gekommen. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zur FH, wo ich unterrichtet habe. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, en Ort, um sich wohlzufühlen.

Séjour excellent dans l appartement de Ramona. proximité des arrêts de bis et gare. Nous avons largement utilisé la Bodensee card pour nous déplacer. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il a fait un temps splendide pendant la semaine. Région très agréable, fleurie et jardins largement décorés pour les fêtes de Pâques.

Lovely location! Had a wonderful time exploring Unterterzen and Flumserberg. Everything is local and accessible. Will definitely be returning!

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben eine herrliche Woche in Linas Wohnung verbracht. Lina hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns auch gleich ein paar Tipps für die nähere Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage direkt am Seerhein ist optimal: man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt, hat aber auch direkt am Ufer mehrere Restaurants/Biergärten und kann auch ansonsten die sehr entspannte Uferatmosphäre genießen. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto aber auch schnell unterwegs, um Ausflüge zu machen. Der Balkon ist riesig und hat den ganzen Nachmittag sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten, ganz wie man will. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand, die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eigentlich müssten wir jetzt schreiben, alles war schlecht. Damit diese Unterkunft niemand bucht, und dann zu jeder Zeit für uns frei wäre. Aber das ist nicht so. Für uns war alles perfekt. Angefangen von der herzlichen Gastgeberin Claudia, die die Ferienwohnung bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltet und ausgestattet hat. Eine Terrasse im Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen lädt zu dem ein anderen Getränk ein. Ein kleiner Dorfladen, wo man auch frühstücken kann, ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, unternehmen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und hoffen, dann bei Claudia unter zukommen.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.
