The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still an insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Our bright apartment is centrally located in Walenstadt. It offers plenty of space for families or couples. A large terrace with a gas grill invites you to linger in summer. Shopping is right outside the door, the train station with connections to Zurich or Chur can be reached in 5 minutes, the beautiful Walensee with free beach and playground in 15 minutes on foot. From here, you can also easily reach the Flumserberge by public transport or car, perfect for winter sports or biking.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus mit liebevoller Innenausstattung in paradiesischer Umgebung. Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

Luxury 3.5 room apartment directly on the Walensee

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
