Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Waldviertel

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days, it was very nice and pleasant! We were rested and had a wonderful stay. Recommended for everyone, hosts are super nice and helpful, late arrival in the evening. "Amazing stay! Natalie's place was the perfect getaway for my friends and me. The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood with great access to sports and recreational facilities. Natalie was an incredible host, always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was well-equipped, including everything we needed for our pet. The pool was clean and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Natalie, for your hospitality.

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

We fell right in love with Wolf's beautiful cottage and would have preferred to move in right away. A nature-loving place to recover from the fast-paced world and feel free again. 🫶🏼 Everything is lovingly designed and superbly equipped. There is a great old oven that you can fire up (next to the automatic oven). There is much to discover in the fantastic garden - we preferred to sunbathe on the wooden climbs, watched the pig in the pond and listened to the birdsong. We will definitely visit again!

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

Spent another quiet few days in the Waldviertel. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy. The house was all the more cozy in the house. And the poodle liked the large garden despite bad weather.

Excellent location; gorgeous area to stay! Spar grocery very close, wonderful restaurants on the same street as well!

The apartment was beautiful and pleasant. It is located in a very central location. The landlord was attentive and cared about our well-being. We will definitely come back again.

It was good. For some reason the sensor light at the door was going on/ off occasionally during the night: Neighborhood is quiet.

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

The place was cosy and comfortable.

Great Airbnb which was only 1 or 2 minutes walk from Hernals station with easy access to Vienna city centre. The terrace is lovely and the rooms are clean and well furnished. There were dressing gowns and sliders provided which was a lovely touch. The only drawback is the low ceiling above the sofa in the living room meant we kept banging our heads! But lovely living room otherwise. Very comfortable stay - would thoroughly recommend
