Great original and cozy apartment! We had a lovely stay close to the sea and all the shops.

The place is very nicely decorated, totally clean and you feel super comfortable from the first time you enter. There is everything you need for a carefree vacation - the sauna makes this accommodation as special. The surroundings are totally quiet & idyllic. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the old town of Veere, and you can reach Mittelburg in just under 25 minutes by car. Roland responds within a short time and the check-in goes smoothly. We highly recommend Roland's place!

Duplex matches the photos and description. A stone's throw from the sea, peaceful residence, 2 top garages to park 3 cars. Perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully furnished and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. For our kids, the double bunk bed was definitely a highlight. One of them even said, “It prevented a lot of fights because we could both sleep on the top bunk!” – that says it all! The location is perfect as well – just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Very nice apartment, quiet location, beautiful view from the balcony ... We celebrated New Year's Eve here with 6 people, we will keep in very good memory.

It was a beautiful accommodation with plenty of space for 6 people. It looked neat and the view was fantastic. We only missed a door between the 2 additional bedrooms due to privacy and noise. In addition, the baking room also had no door there. There were 3 of us so why it was a bit inconvenient Furthermore, definitely recommended, also the contact with the hostess was quick and friendly. Great stay, excellent!

This place is truly magical. 🩷 My friends and I always like to book a trip/night away to celebrate Christmas. This year, it was truly special. Martin and Hilde are amazing and made us feel like home. We have also used the wellness area (which is a MUST DO), the house was magically decorated for Christmas (included toilets) and we HAD A BLAST in a premium location! Accommodation, cleaning, communication was more than 5 starts! Well done 🙌 we can’t wait to come back for summer. Thanks for this unforgettable weekend away!

We stayed at the property for a few days between the years. The house was clean and well equipped. The location is great; walking distance to the sea and harbor, supermarket easily accessible by car. The host was easy to reach and the contact was always friendly and accommodating. The house and area are wonderful for a winter stay. The house is well heated and you can take great walks on the beach and in the dunes.

The house was amazing but what really made the difference was the host. Communication as amazing the service he provide was ten out of ten. He allways went out of his own way to help provide or anything I needed. Best host I have encountered in the past couple years of useing Airbnb

We felt very comfortable! Very nice reception (card greeting and a cold bottle of wine, coffee, pastries and spices), clean, well equipped and nicely decorated....we had everything we needed! A special highlight for the kids was the big trampoline! We will be happy to come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Annemarie, with a tour and the necessary explanations regarding the cottage. The cottage is slightly smaller than it looks in the photos, but for the rest it matches the explanation and the photos. Nicely decorated, well equipped, blissful sauna, good beds,... It is quietly located and yet close to locations with all kinds of activities. Annemarie is a great host, who responds quickly and was flexible about arrival and departure time. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We'd love to come back in the summer!

We felt very comfortable in this cottage. It is tastefully decorated. We especially loved the sauna. However, the temperature of 85 degrees was a bit too high to our liking. Due to its location in the backyard, it was pleasantly quiet. The sea is within walking distance. We would book again anytime.

Very friendly hosts, my family felt very comfortable, the accommodation is clean and has a great location. We can only recommend it!

Spent a week in the beautiful vacation home of Marleen and Wout. The house was perfectly equipped, everything was very well maintained, excellent!!! Communication with Marleen and Wout also worked out great and they always provided us with all the important information quickly. From Herkingen you can easily reach all excursion destinations by car. We were very, very pleased that we were able to spend our week in Herkingen in this beautiful vacation home.
