Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. This monumental wheat mill offers the visitor peace and comfort, a vacation in a unique place between the Veerse Meer and the Zeeland beach. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.
