The price, as determined when booking the stay, includes the use of the accommodation and furniture as well as consumption (water, gas, electricity, telecom, etc.). 90% of the price for the apartment rental and 10% for the furniture rental. Two full bedrooms and possibly a third bedroom available. Public parking spaces (free of charge).
