Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Walcheren

We stayed at Ivo's place with eight adults and a baby. The amenities, especially with baby, were great and nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. The location was great because the beach was right around the corner. In addition, we found the small supermarket with bike rental very helpful. Communication in advance and on site with Cyril was also flawless. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time in Lianne's beach house. The house is very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was very clean. The outdoor area was especially great for our dog, as it is completely fenced. In a few minutes' walk you are at the dunes, the sea and nice beach bars. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired. Since we had a rainy day, we were able to try out many board games in the house. Thank you and happy to come back!

We (6 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog) had a wonderful family weekend in this beautiful house! It was clean and equipped with every comfort. The beautiful garden with panoramic views really made it, we felt completely at home. Host Corine was very friendly and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend this!

Wonderful place with great hosts!

We love the atmosphere in Liekes cottage. For us, it means vacation from the first second, because everything just fits here! A beautiful, natural environment, a homely feeling in the fully equipped house with wonderful kitchen, great bathroom and cozy garden and a very courteous contact with Lieke. We feel completely comfortable here and will definitely be back! We couldn't have had a better vacation! Simply wonderful and highly recommended! Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Great tranquil place!

The location of the place is excellent! We walked a lot in the dunes, on the beach or to Westkapelle for dinner. The house is super clean and very neat, we loved it. As a recommendation we would suggest to place a more spacious and comfortable sofa to add to the laid back atmosphere of the place but it didn’t bother us at all. We slept well, very quiet place. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. Bas reacted very quickly to our what’s app messages.

We came with 4 people and left with 4 very content, slightly soggy souls. Yes, it rained, but this artsy little haven made us forget all about the weather. The house is full of quirky character—think spiral staircases, secret bunk beds behind red doors, and furniture that has a better backstory than we do. The hosts are clearly creative geniuses with a hammer in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Every corner tells a story. Would we come back? Absolutely. Next time hopefully with sunscreen instead of rain boots.

We were well provided with information from our questions before the trip. On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and provided with good information. Thanks for🙏 The apartment was good and comfortable. There was a fireplace, clean beds, WiFi, smart TV and clean towels. The dishes were abundantly available and also many kitchen utensils. The Senseo machine was not ours, but we had a French press with us😉 A kettle would be very nice, as a small improvement👍 The beds were very comfortable and the temperatures were adjustable. The view was wonderful and you can see the sea all the time. The parking in front of the barrier at the supermarket (Dehaize) worked great and everything was super fast to reach. We thank you for the great and wonderful time and wish Sharon that she can maintain the quality🍀

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time because we liked it so much on our first vacation. It's just nice in both fall and spring. The location is great, easy parking, you can start many activities from there and the beach is not far on foot. There are also restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house is very clean and has everything you need. There are also practical free storage areas for your own stuff (games, etc.). The highlight is the gas fireplace, really cozy and gives off a pleasant warmth.

I had a wonderful stay! Bellatrix is a lovely and welcoming host, and the place is absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I stayed with my dog Siva and we both loved the place and the outdoor space. Highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful half term break in Belgium staying at Dirk’s apartment. It is right on a beautiful sandy beach which provided the perfect place to relax in the evenings after busy days spent sightseeing. The apartment is in a period building overlooking the sea. We wanted somewhere which was accessible to Bruges. It was 20 minutes by car. Ghent was 50 minutes and Brussels was an 1 hr 20 minutes. We were there out of main season so the area was very quiet and not many places to eat but there were lots of options slightly further down the coast a short drive away. The accommodation itself was as described, the beds were very comfortable and the living room large and extremely modern. There is only one toilet and I would say that the kitchen and bathrooms were not quite as modern as the rest of the apartment. We loved Belgium and wished that we had visited sooner.

Wilmi's place is very good and matches the description. It's a great place to discover Zeeland. Wilmi is very friendly, very responsive and available for questions. We had a great time in Veere. We will be back with pleasure and recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic weekend! From the moment of arrival we felt welcome thanks to the warm welcome. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly in order – from the clean spaces to the neatly folded towels that were already ready. The location was completely ready to use, with no hassle or surprises. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed there and would book again without hesitation. Recommended!

A beautiful house on a great location! The garden is large and completely fenced. Plenty to do in the area and by bike you can reach the beach in no time. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

A very nice cottage where nothing is missing. We liked it very much. We were there with six people, and there was more than enough space for that. It was also great that we could still use the beach house, although this is actually only scheduled until the end of September. Since we were on the beach a few times in the nice weather, that was very convenient. The two bikes are also in excellent condition and could be used well.

We felt super comfortable in Wendy's house, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very well maintained and very attractively furnished. Great location. The outdoor area with great , fenced garden ….. just great for our dog…..also for us:-) Thanks to Wendy and Dennis for the super fast and friendly communication and flexibility.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped – you can tell that someone has thought about making the stay as pleasant as possible for the guests. The location was also very good and quiet, so you could relax well. I would particularly like to highlight Chantal and Robert, who were extremely friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. A small complaint regarding the hygiene of the bedding was taken very seriously by Chantal and Robert and quickly and easily resolved on the same day – this shows how much value is placed on guest satisfaction here. The entire interaction was very professional and warm. We can therefore fully recommend the place and would come back any time!

it is an incredibly large and modern furnished vacation home with a view of the fields! even if you are with 23 people in the house, everyone has their own retreat zone! we cooked four times with 23 people in the evening and it always worked because the kitchen is very well furnished. the beds are like in a hotel, 1a. it is a pity that the seven-bed room does not have its own bathroom. thank you very much!

What a nice and beautiful stay with Joeri. We did our best to find something that was not present in the home but that failed hopelessly. A weekend is actually too short to be there. Joeri is nice to communicate with and super attentive. Top was the flexibility in arrival and departure. Of course, this is not always possible. The six of you really don't get in each other's way, enough privacy. Beautiful large garden. This home is absolutely recommended!

Top location to enjoy a weekend in Knokke. Easily accessible, quiet location, but at the same time not far from all the nice places. Sofie was quick and clear in communication. The house was nice and comfortably furnished.
