Another very nice stay! The apartment is great, you feel right at home and welcome and the courtyard is so nice! 🤗 The apartment is bright, in the kitchen everything you need is available, in bed we slept well, enjoyed the bathtub - it was a great time all around! We will be happy to come back.

We had wonderful days in Gröbming in a great place, which is decorated with a lot of love and in which we felt very comfortable from the first minute! Michael and his family are very courteous, kind and flexible and you can tell how much joy they have as hosts!

Helmut was a very responsive host. His place was spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could wish for, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and a lovely touch a bottle of chilled wine. The garden area was lovely to relax after a day out walking. We found the location perfect as we were attending a concert at Burg Clam and Helmut gave us a taxi recommendation which offered a shared shuttle to and from the venue. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

We stayed in room Moritz, which was not only beautiful and pristinely clean, bit offered plenty of sleeping space and room for socializing inside and out. With beautiful views, you hardly would want to leave except for the call of the nearby lakes and assortment of nice restaurants. Thanks a lot to the owners for meeting us on arrival and for the nice tip to see the altaussee.

The Losenbauerhütte is truly special. The chalet combines the charm of a rustic mountain hut with all modern amenities (sauna, large kitchen, washing machine, heating, Wi-Fi)

We’ve had the opportunity to stay again at Angelica’s place for the 3rd time now, very recommended!! Great place to stay with a larger group, about 20 minutes by car from the Schladming ski resort.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We spent wonderful and very quiet days here with our dog. Very withdrawn and without hustle and bustle. Regina was very helpful and friendly and available at any time. Those who like chickens, chattering ducks and donkeys will love it. The house is hearty, cozy and clean. We will be back. And actually we didn't want to leave in the first place.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Just a perfect place to stay with friends and their three dogs.

We had a very nice time with the children. The place and location is top. Our kids could romp in the garden, hop on the trampoline or play inside with a number of games. Nearby we visited great excursion destinations such as the Scharnstein ruins, the Kasberg ski resort, the Cumberland Wildpark, the Almsee, the Traunsee and the Eurotherme "Aquapulco ". A highlight for our kids was the farm above the accommodation. From booking to departure, Eike and Verena provided us with tips and ideas and thus helped make our vacation as beautiful as possible. Margit and Harald's apartment is a real 5-star accommodation. Super clean, modernly furnished and cozy. The two are incredibly warm hosts and always gave us valuable tips for exploring the region. The place is highly recommended without a doubt!

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
